Description of Work: we completed a minimum project and liked what we got so we had them come back and complete a large project

Description of Work: We first learned about this company from their door-to-door visit. Our suspicions were raised by their insistence on only dealing with us as a couple, and by their lengthy sales pitch. However, we were impressed by the apparent unique design and quality product. They are definitely NOT the cheapest way to go! They offered us a way to try their product and lock in a rate for future work. We had a garden window that badly needed replacing. It was not an easy job, but they did it to our satisfaction. They were smart enough to not let their newbie do the job, but sent an experienced person along to do the measuring and figuring. We got tagged as "extremely particular" and "detail oriented" on their notes, but we wear that label proudly! There was a slight misalignment after the installation of the interior trim. I insisted they redo it and it looked so much better. The project manager came to the house the next day to do a detail fit on the trim personally and let me hold off on payment until I was satisfied. We have since had to call them out to check the support base of the window, and that is pending, so our final vote is not in. This company is relatively new in our area. They are from the northeast and are trying to bring their roofing and window products to get in on the building boom in Houston. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up well afte and during the project. Many of the young men I met have been with the company 2-10 years, just not here in Houston. I am cautiously optimistic that we have found a company we can continue to work with.

Description of Work: They installed some windows at my home. There process to sale the windows is very long and grueling...I wish I did not take so long (well over 2 hours). They want you to think that if you don't accept their on-site offer that you will never get the same price again...I do not believe that at all. The sales pitch is why I have given a B versus an A. | |After that, the experience was very good. Price is at the top, but the product has been working as promised and seems to be of the best quality so far. I would definitely consider them when proceeding with the remaining windows.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 windows. Installed in one day and left with no mess. Windows are an excellent upgrade.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof. Everything went beautifully. I enjoyed working with everyone associated with the company. I believe in the quality of the material, The price was very high.
