Worst Experience I ever had. This company charged my insurance 16k for repairs aftewintertime. storm. Once they received my money I stopped hearing from them. The work performed was extremely delayed, low quality, and with cheap materials. Please do your research on this company. Over the past 15 years they have changed names multiple times. They have been robbing houston homeowners for years and need to be boycotted. To this day my kitchen is still not complete and it has been almost 6 months. Thank God my damage was minimal ( small amount of drywall, paint, cabinets, and countertops) and my house is still livable. These people have definitely taught me a good lesson about dealing with shady contractors. Do not spend a dime with this company for fall for their sales pitch.

Redo outdoor kitchen due to fire

The owner named Mohamed Alaoui did a fraudulent charged to my husband's Synchrony credit card for $25,000. The owner's argument is that a hand written estimate was a formal binding contract. Mohamed told my husband not to worry about signing the estimate and he never told my husband about taking a non-refundableout $25K out his credit card. We never agreed of the term and conditions of the project that's the reason we did not signed other documents. We found out about the fraud a month later when Synchrony billed us for $25K. That's when we realized a fraudulent transaction was done to my husband credit card. We never received a product or service from this company. The owner refused to refund the fraudulent transaction back to the credit card. Mohamed confessed taking Synchrony's money and that he did not have to provide any remodeling work, and that he will design a computer drawing that will worth $25k in order to justify stealing Synchrony's money. He also threatened us about that we are not going to be able to get our money back unless I take him to court. Don't use this company unless you want to get ripped off. They don't care about resolving negative reviews because they think bad reviews will take time to affect their business and by changing their business name name will fix reputation the same they did with when they changed their name from Floor Spring Designz to PLM Remodel and Restoration to correct their 1.5 star reputation. It is clever idea only when business owners changed.

It went very well. Everything was replaced and we could not be any more pleased. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our wishes. We were helped along the way on decision making, when we asked. We absolutely love our remodel and we will be calling them soon to start updating our upstairs. These folks will tell you, up front, how much the complete job will cost and they stick to their word.
