These guys called me instantly the moment I made this jobpost and then within the hour had their lead out to check the situation, in a couple days, wambam, took care of sink leak/fixture replacement and donezo. 10/10 will definitely call these guys again in the future for plumbing issues

I called in a near panic with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. They were able to come out the next day. When they were in my ceilings, they discovered (and showed me) huge sections of my hot water horizontal lines that were all but rusted through. Not only did they replace the two leaking sections of cold water horizontals; but they replaced ALL of the horizontal cold water and the horizontal hot water pipes that were easily accessible (I wasn't willing to let them cut up the rest of my living room ceiling to get the four additional horizontal lines; but, they will be doing that for me at some point.) The plumber that came out was courteous and explained what he was doing. While the work was quoted for half a day, it took him almost eight hours, but they still only charged what they quoted. I have plans to reno three bathrooms and I WILL use Pipe Doctors. They're a bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it!

Plumber was dispatched within a couple of hours of first call; he arrived on time and completed the clean-out in a few minutes. No complaints!

Leak was determined to be the result of hole in a buried galvanized water pipe. Installed new hot and cold Upomor pex pipe waterline from main house to guest house in back yard. Difficult job required much digging in several sites to expose necessary tees/joints. Clean up was shoddy because pavers/bricks/stones were removed but not correctly replaced. Also, parts of a deck were (necessarily) removed but not correctly replaced.

Steven came to the house on time and investigated the problem, tried a couple different methods to either unstop the line or identify the issue and determined that the line had collapsed. They dug it out and were able to repair the line--showed camera shots of before and after. He kept me updated at each step in the process and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the company.

What I thought was a possible attic pipe leak. Pipe Doctor climbed in attic took pictures, was a leak from vent roof pipe. Very kind & professional. Was only a service call charge.Will call them again if needed.

He located an issue I wasn't aware of with rust in the pipe in the attic. Pricing was fair and Moises was very professional and polite.

Pipe Doctors are awesome. They were punctual, professional, and very customer oriented. Steve explained everything very well. Pricing was great compared to at least 3 other quotes. I already intend on using them again to replace my concrete sewer line. Their quote again was way more reasonable than others I had received. I would definitely recommend Houston use Pipe Doctors for all of its plumbing needs.
