Pilix Plumbing did a great job for us. Jose is a master plumber, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He and his crew were so respectful of the house in general, they kept things as clean as possible while they worked. We highly recommend Jose, not only is he a great plumber but also a really nice guy.

Pressure test for location of leaks and then repaired the leak. Waited 15 minutes to dry and did another pressure test and everything was good to go.

They replied quickly and their servicemen showed up on time. They were polite and friendly. Everything was fixed. The service charge was $65, $95 to replace the outside spigot, and $70 to tighten the kitchen faucet. The charge of $70 to tighten the kitchen sink was way over priced to tighten down a fixture that took less than five minutes. Everything else I was very pleased with.

plumber explained and showed me it was not just my toilet clogged but my main sewer line. He was able to take care of the issue right then and there. Great service will use again.

it was a complete ripoff! only reason why i even hired the guy was because i was very desperate for a shower and wanted done as soon as humanly possible. I'm pretty **** sure thousands of dollars to replace a simple pipe is a ripoff.

Mr Jose Ruiz utilized state of the art new technology tubing and connections to repair the hot water line in my home. It was amazing to watch him perform his duties as a "Master Plummer" in the attic of our home. He timed himself with a "20 minute" time out to recuperate from the intense heat in the attic. After the repair was completed and a short break was taken, Jose (RMPL # 42305) (PILIX) returned to the attic to insure the work was adequately completed. The state of the art tools that he used contributed to complete the project in a short duration of time. The repair was perfect!!! After the project was completed; I really appreciated the fact that he took the time and show me a photo on the interior of the pipes condition and explain to me the need of future repairs; and that it would be advantages for the customer to consider a major overhaul of the entire system rather than to pay for temporary repairs and that would be more costly to the customer. Most important to me; I made /met a new friend in my life. My home was built in 1967, its old and requires constant care with professionals like PILIX plumbing

Pilix Plumbing responded to my call immediately and I was able to set up an appointment within hours. The plumber showed up on time as well as a service call to inform me that he was on his way. Pilix took care of replacing a single handle shower valve in my restroom. It required that they opened up a hole in the sheetrock on the wall behind the shower. I was informed through every step of the process until the work was completed. I was interested in planting a large tree in the backyard so I wanted to locate the sewer line in the backyard. Pilix were able to snake a camera with GPS through my sewer lines and located them through the yard. Not only did they locate the sewer lines and mark them, they were able to show me the condition of my sewer lines! With the information provided, I was able to decide that planting a tree in the spot I had wished was not really a good idea. The plumber that came out was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Pilix to my friends and family!

Once again service was great. They installed a new gas line to my stove which was only electric. Now we have excited to have both gas and electric. We will have Pilix Plumbing come out again for future projects.

Highly professional, walked us through every step of the project, transparent billing, Jose provided all of the materials, and finished the project the same day. They cleaned the area nicely and gave us instructions on future projects. Excellent service, Highly recommended. Oh and great pricing, most affordable out of 5 other estimates. Very impressed with the performance and expertise of the professional that performed the work, upon arrival he introduced, himself and prior to entrance to residence he place covers on his shoes so as to not track any debris into house(very thoughtful). The work was thoroughly completed in a masterful fashion and with expertise, I was extremely impressed with the gentleman's knowledge and professionalism. Excellent service, extraordinary care and great work, definitely a person call on for excellent work and attentive care.

Jose has done an excellent job replacing my water heater at my rental property and got it done within the day and also replaced an old leaky wall mounted kitchen faucet. He is very dependable and fair. I will definitely recommend and hire Jose in future jobs.
