Peter's Plumbing

First, he arrived a day early (he called first to make sure it was OK). So that was a nice start. Both he and his helper dug in and around the water meter box, searching for the leak. He discovered that the leak was coming from a branch off our main water line, which supplies the lawn sprinkler system. I was not even aware the valve for that sprinkler zone was there, next to the meter box. The repair required a number of PVC replacement pieces which he purchased at the nearby big-box hardware store (a new cut-off, compression and regular PVC couplings). He connected it all back together, waited for some time to assure the glued connections were solid, and tested it. No leak! Peter also noticed that the sprinkler line was not sitting within pipe cut-out area on the the meter box so he the created a new cutout for that line, noting that having the meter box sitting on top of the sprinkler line may have been what caused the failure. Cleanup was tough considering all the soupy mud and muck, but they did their best to get the muddy soil back in place and pieces of sod on top. I appreciate Peter's quality of work, his fair price, and dealing with such a nice guy.

Absolutely great company with exceptional service!!! We had a water leak in the middle of our master bathroom floor and weren't sure where the water was coming from. I called Peter's Plumbing and left a message after reading their positive reviews on Angie's List. They called back within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Omar and Hugo showed up promptly at 9:00 AM and after surveying the one leak in the wall in the master bathroom and following the plumbing lines to another bathroom where a line was leaking into a closet and into the garage where there was another leak, Omar quoted the job to replace the old copper pipes with Pex pipe as well as installing a new garbage disposal. The quote was very reasonable and they were available to start the job the next day, estimating that it would take about two days for the entire job. They were super professional, very neat (cleaned up as they went), and worked throughout the day, only stopping for lunch. Omar kept me informed through the entire process of what they were doing. With the water being off all day, Omar made sure we had water to one bathroom sink, toilet and shower overnight. After the job was finished, we walked through the entire house with him going over what had been completed again. While we're hoping we won't have the need to use a plumber anytime soon, we will certainly use Peter's Plumbing again and will definitely request Omar and Hugo!!

Called due to increased water usage reported by water company, needed to identify where leak was occurring, Peters Plumbing was able to locate the leak which was from a Bathroom remodel where water pipe was not correctly run and leak eventually occurred, unfortunately the leak was inaccessible (between Shower Tile and outside Brick wall). We identified an alternate route for pipes from attic water lines to shower Faucet control valve. New Pex piping was installed and leaking pipe route was eliminated and only minor sheetrock repair is needed (for valve access).While on site Peters Plumbing was also able to make minor repairs to a sink drain pipe and outside spigot. Very pleased and company was easy to work with and responded quickly. Thanks Omar

It went great. I found the clog late at night and tried to clear it myself with no luck. I scheduled Peter through Angies List that night and had en email from him an hour later. He showed up the very next morning and took care of the clog. Inspected the main pipe of breaks and explained everything as he went.

Excellent! I'm happy... This was a last minute call on a Saturday, and since it was a holiday weekend, I assumed I'd be making an appointment for Tuesday. Surprisingly, Peter thought he might have a plumber available in my area late in the afternoon (no Saturday mark-up price!). After some bumbling communications on my part (texted our address to the wrong phone#), Peter called to let me know that the plumber was on the way. Oscar and Hugo arrived and initially asked some questions to clarify what they were looking for. Since I had already confirmed the clog was past the branch drain clean-out, (if opened, water would run out the clean-out), they moved right to the branch clean-out to begin work with the electric auger. That broke up the clog in a short time and water started flowing freely again. Additionally, Oscar helped me stop a tiny leak from under the sink that began after I initially removed the p-trap to check if that was where the clog was located. Oscar and Hugo were A+. I've found a plumbing company I will definitely do business with again. Oh, and a nice plus (at least for my experience) - when you called Peter's Plumbing for a clogged drain, who ya gonna get? Cog-Busters. True, but you get Peter!

This was not a simple toilet install. Took out old toilet (conventional) and installed a new high tech Toto. They had to relocate the valve and Toto's installations are bit tricky. Called to verify appointment, showed up a little early which was no problem, professional, and cleaned up. They didn't leave until they verified everything was working. The price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. Will use them for all my plumbing needs.

We had a bathroom sink not draining properly but it is also the sink which ties into our a/c unit drain. The sink overflowed in the evening. We found Peter's Plumbing around 9pm. We called left a message. Within 5 minutes we received a call back. We explained the situation, he diagnosed the issue, took our address and said he would be here by 9am. They showed up today promptly, snaked the sink, checked the ac line & we are good to go. The staff was professional, on-time & courteous. I would highly recommend them.

They were extremely prompt. I was told they would arrive between 9 and 10 am. They arrived at 9:05am. All work was completed quickly and done very well. I am extremely pleased with the installation of the toilet. it is very secure and I was thrilled that you can no longer see the poor job some tillers had done years ago when I had ceramic tile put in. Very pleased with the work and for any future plumbing needs, they will be the ones I call.

Provided a very competitive bid and after reading recommendations here on Angie's list I decided to hire them. Both the owner, Peter, and Mike arrived. The were prompt, thorough and did a good job. I would certainly hire them again. I had more confidence in them than a previous plumber I have used and was pleased that they did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Very satisified.

I was very pleased with the communication, work performed and the price charged by Peter's Plumbing. I initially contacted PP via email for a price quote and he called me the next morning with that information. When I had the appliances that I wanted installed I contacted Peter again by email and we agreed upon a time. The plumbers called at the time they were expected to arrive and said that they were on the way and to expect them with in 30 minutes. They arrived with in 30 minutes and looked at the equipment that I wanted installed. They were familiar with the equipment and gave a time estimate to complete the jobs. The jobs were completed on time and they instructed us how to use the new appliances. The plumbers were very professional and cleaned up when the job was completed. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

A previous owner had put in a homemade PVC hammer arrestor which split from age. There was water coming through the ceiling. Peter was able to come out the next morning and fix it quickly with a new commercial HA, for one $125 total, what I consider a very fair price. Later, my mother needed a new water heater and the home warranty company quoted what I considered a crazy amount of billable plumbing work. Before I approved the other company to start the work I called Peter's Plumbing to get a second opinion. One of Peter's guys came out at no charge to look at it. He spent most of an hour there and explained why there was a need for new plumbing. There had been gas line code changes since the old unit was installed, and the original installer had cut a lot of corners, using the wrong kind of pipe and routing the exhaust wrong. Peter's Plumbing said the other plumber's quote was reasonable and actually suggested that I use the other company to do the work since they would be installing the water heater for the home warranty company anyway. Peter's Plumbing did not charge me for this valuable service. So I have spent $125 with them so far and received much more value than that. I will be using them for all future work. FYI, when you call any vendor you find on Angies List be sure to tell them that this is where you found out about them. My experience has been that I always get their best work and best price when I do. The companies here all want the good reviews. Then after the service always review them, good and bad, here on the List.

Based on the great reviews on contacted Peter's Plumbing after we discovered that one upstairs toilet was leaking through the downstairs ceiling - the plumber that installed the toilet evidently took some short cuts. I explained the situation to Peter on a Thursday and since the water was shut off to the toilet and the leak would not cause further damage, he would be able to arrive the following Monday between 10-12. On Monday the plumber arrived promptly at 10:00 am and was able to diagnose and repair the problem within 90 minutes. The plumber even applied the Angie's list discount without me mentioning same. Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience.

It was a very good experience. He was here when he said he would be, he was very nice and professional. He was able to clean the drain in about 10 minutes. I was given a very high estimate earlier this morning for the same problem by a mass market plumbing company. Peter was much more professional and his prices seem very fair!

Fast, efficient, thorough, professional, very competent. Not cheap but worth the peace of mind. Recommend and will use again.

Called Peter on Tuesday and asked him about connection existing gas line to new bbq grill. (There is already a gas stub at the location). He asked about coming out on Friday, I asked if he could schedule on Thursday. He asked me to send him my address and he would get back with me. He managed to find a slot where he could schedule me on Thursday. We set up a time. He texted me when he was heading my way. Met him at the house. He was on time and he was polite and professional. He did the job quickly and professionally. He was fair, polite, professional, on time and neat. I will use him again and will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

I called about 11am and told him about the problem. He said he would be there between 3 and 5. He arrived just after 3 and fixed the drain in about a half hour. I would not hesitate to call him again.

It went great! They were quick and explained the options and what was required to get water back running into my house. The water main PVC line coming into my house was ran into by the lawn care workers and I had water rushing out of my house. In the end Peter's Plumbing fixed the issue and I had my water back on in a timely manner.

The toilet was leaking, I was under the impression that I have to replace the old one. Peter was very punctual and worked in a timely manner. After he checked it, he said it did not need replacement. He did not charge me for coming to check it. He was very honest, sincere and responsible. Thank you peter's plumbing.

Peter was here within 15min from my initial call. He snaked the sink and put some chemicals down the drain. Took about 20-30min. All and all, did a great job at a fair price. I will use Peter again for my plumbing needs.

I was in a time and budget crunch on our rental house. I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Peter and Owen. They did a great job. Competitive pricing, very professional and knowledgable. Owen fixed the shower in the master bath and installed the water heater upstairs in the attic, everything is brand new, and he removed the old one. Peter fixed everything under the kitchen sink and replaced the old, incorrectly installed faucet, which prevented future leaks and problems that would have been way more expensive if left alone. I highly recommend them!

Took my call at 8:30am on Sat, texted me right after that he would be here between 10-12. Sent me another text at 10 to tell me he was on his way. Thought just on-off valve at wall was broken, but he explained the other issue before he replaced it. Did a great job, fast, courteous, responsive - would use him again. Used $20 Angie's List coupon.

Omar got under the sink and figured out that this little ball bearing piece for my drain plug had become loose and was causing a small drip in the sink. He screwed it back on and that was it. I do need a new fixture for my sink with a plug which I am going to buy and hopefully get Omar back put it in by the end of the week or early next week. He charged me absolutely nothing. No service charge. Nothing.. Now that is wonderful service. Most others will charge a $65 dollar charge just to walk in your house. This business is awesome. This was my first time using Peter's and they will be my new plumber! Omar then came back the next day to put in the new fixture. He was once again prompt and started the process. While working, we chatted about how he got to Texas from California. He is not only a great plumber but very personable too. Mr Boutos, you have a hard worker in Omar. He left my bathroom all cleaned up. As I stated, Peter's Plumbing is my new plumber! You can't go wrong.

Arrived ahead of time, took care of the issue by working with what's there in an older toilet, no worries.
