Description of Work: Repaired leaking outdoor faucet. I am living with my sister and her last plumber replaced the faucet but never had "time" to come back and fix the leak. That was 6 months ago. I found Peter's on the list and had her call him.

Description of Work: Replaced the cheap plastic drain valve on a Sears water heater with a metal one.

Description of Work: I had a water heater replaced and drain pipes rerouted. I was skeptical at first since this was a big job but Peter and his crew did a great job. Everything that had to be either dug up or new openings made to replace pipes was put back even better than before. Overall I am very pleased and recommend Peter's Plumbing highly. He is very honest.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a plugged drained from the initial builder had left.

Description of Work: He had to jack out the two flanges underneath two of the toilets that were improperly installed by either the builder or the previous homeowner because the toilets weren't sitting flat on the floor. So reinstallation of two toilets and flanges for the toilet. Very nice man, worked quickly and honestly. did a good job cleaning up after himself but not perfect. I had to clean up a small couple of spots of leftover wax but they were hard to see. I don't think it was out of being sloppy, they were probably just missed by the eye and it was late Friday afternoon. Overall I would hire them again immediately if I had another problem. Very friendly, very respectful. Did a great job with high quality. Quoted me exact price ahead of time. He also had to caulk around a third toilet. It wasn't as bad as the other two. He showed me the problem before telling me how much it would cost so that I would know it was a verifiable problem.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate, left a message and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back in less than 30 minutes from Peter. Explained that I needed a new water heater,which was in my attic and very hard to get to. Got an estimate of $925 (which was a great price) over the phone and a appointment the next business day in the AM. Work was done quickly and well despite the horrible location of the heater. After it was complete, I was told that if he had known just how bad the location was, he would have charged $300 more, but he lived by his original phone estimate. A few days later I called to follow up since we thought we had a problem with the installation (wasn't an installation problem). Peter stopped by the same day, made a setting change and looked at my second water heater for a moment and did not charge anything. Don't think that I could have gotten better service. We will definitely use Peter's Plumbing for any other plumbing need in the future.
