Description of Work: Peter and his team was responsive, on-time, reasonable in price and delivered what was agreed. It included fixing water leaks under the kitchen sink, replacing kitchen faucets, fixing toilets, and replacing bathtub shower heads. From the experience in dealing with them, it appeared that they care about the customer and try to do a good job.

Description of Work: Clogged drains. They have all the equipment needed to do the job! I've called them back a month or two and they came free saying they warrantee their work! Very pleased!!!

Description of Work: Installed two electric water heaters and fixed gas leak in my generator.

Description of Work: They replaced the seal between the tank and the bowl on my toilet. Everything went well; they were prompt in arriving, and though they had to go to the supply house to get the seal, the issue was fixed within 24 hours.

Description of Work: Peters Plumbing was very responsive to my questions; however, the pricing was a bit exaggerated. He came out on a service call that lasted all of 10 minutes. He was to diagnose an issue I had with a dryer and dishwasher. He did not specify a service fee when I called. The price he gave me for repair was much more than I expected. I did not use his serviced for the repair.

Description of Work: He arrived in about an hour, did the replacement of all the parts in the toilet tank, tested to make sure the leaks were fixed, and left.

Description of Work: I hired them to fix a leak in a water softner discharge line. It took some time to get them show up, then they had to come back 3 times. It took one & one-half months to get this repair done. Then they wanted to bill me for two "digs" when they didn't fix all the leaks in the line the first time. The plumber that showed up was a nice guy, which is the only reason Peter's Plumbing got to a grade of C, but it appeared to me that they really didnt want this job.

Description of Work: Replaced water valves to 3 toilets, seated and caulked 2 toilets. Great experience. Omar will be back to replace my bathroom & kitchen sink in the future.

Description of Work: It went great. I have used Peter's Plumbing a few times for plumbing issues at a small retail center that I manage and have always been pleased with their knowledge, service, and HONESTY. Last Friday I had a plumbing emergency at my home, so I called them. I had been washing clothes and the toilet in the guest bathroom started backing up. Peter asked me what was happening and made a diagnoses by telling me that I probably had a clog in my sewer line and to turn off the washer, so I did. Early the next morning he sent Omar over to see what was going on. Omar and his helper Hugo Roto-Rootered the line and cleared everything out. Omar also shared some excellent and valuable info to me to use for future reference. I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly and solve the problem.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 50gal water heaters and 2 toilets (purchased by me). |Arrived in the 1hr time window given. |Answered all questions thoroughly before starting. |Covered the carpet/steps all the way from attic to the door to avoid any mess when removing. They were very quiet/careful. I worked from home that day and I could barely hear them going in/out and moving the 50 gal heaters up/down. Very pleased with their service.
