Arrived within 30 minutes of calling. Fixed my reported problem and also tightened a loose faucet. There was no additional charge from original quote, even though he tightened faucet was not included in the original quote. All work performed within a 30 minute timeframe.

Owner Peter was on time. His worker was late due to another job. Anyway, the job was done well after several attempts to cut and replace the leaking pipe. End of story.

Peter was very professional and completed the job quickly even though he had to leave briefly to get another length of pipe. I would definitely use him again if I had another plumbing problem.

Very professional - courteous and friendly. He did some additional repairs not included in the original estimate - he replaced a toilet flap, shimmed and caulked another toilet that was rocking back and forth, and moved a shower arm up around 2 feet.

Peter was on time and very professional. The job was completed satisfactorily. He said that no issues were found but reminded me of the age of the water heater and the normal life span.

The installation went very well. The two men who removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater were courteous and helpful. They both helped with a little water sprinkler issue. Both men were professional and easy to work with on the installation. The lead man was glad to answer any questions I had about what he was doing. Very satisfied with the job overall. The guys showed up on time and did an outstanding installation. They were courteous and respectful to my wife and cleaned up after they were finished. Peter, the owner, called me often to keep me up to date on where we where in the process. Outstanding job, price and service. I found my new plumber.

He and his helper came as scheduled. We have 3 problems, leak in our toilet at master br, water drippings on our kitchen & dining room ceilings due to leak on our two upstairs shower drains. They did job very professional, one done before another. The toilet was leak due to wax matter and loose sealant. We decided to replaced toilet and Peter included the cost of toilet in our quote. He gave us very efficient and high quality toilet. The shower drains parts were replaced due to broken parts that cause the leak. Peter also installed the access panel on the adjacent wall so if next time happened can be fixed easily. He explained everything very detail. The job was done in less than 2 hours, awesome! We were happy to have called for his service. We now know where we should go if we have other plumbing problems.

Omar arrived as scheduled. I described the problem. Our toilet was leaking in to the adjoining bedroom. They started work first by covering the floor with pad for protection then drained and removed the toilet. Then he showed me the problem, when the house was originally plumbed they off set the floor flange about 1 1/2" which causes the a problem with the flow of waist. He prepared the tile floor cleaning the caulk and then use a double wax seal. He also took time to explain the the term fix was to rework the drain so it would properly. He gave a reasonable estimate for this but due to time we decided just to have them reinstall and schedule this ad distal work later. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. Overall very satisfied with the job. We will use them for the rework and defiantly recommend them to neighbors.

They did a great job! My wife called and they sent someone out the next day. Their serviceman, Omar was our point of contact he diagnosed the situation and let me know what was required. We were not charged for the first visit and estimate, but only once the work was completed. Our toilet tank was cracked and water was leaking through the floor and through the ceiling downstairs. Omar told us the seal was damaged, the tank was cracked, and the wall valve was leaking. I told him we wanted to go ahead and make the replacement and they put in the order for the toilet that would take 3-4 days. 3 days later, Omar called and let us know that afternoon he would be there. They replaced all issues and the new toilet is an elevated, elongated bowl that is a nice upgrade over what was there. All for a very reasonable price as I have had a toilet replaced at another property within the last year that was at least $100 more. I will definitely be looking to use them again.

Unfortunately, they found major issues when cleaning the drain and with the camera and we will need extensive repairs. Was satisfied with his diagnosis and cost to repair. He was thorough and explained things well. I will be using Peter's Plumbing for the repairs.

Peter was prompt, professional and did a great job. He first fixed my disposal, then taught me how to fix it myself in the future and left me the proper tool. He also fixed a toilet. I will definitely use Peter's Plumbing again. Highly recommend.

Excellent work ethic and professional and friendly from start to finish. Omar and his assistant (he introduced me but I've forgotten his name) arrived 5 minutes early for the appt. time. I had purchased a new toilet from Home Depot and had no way to transport it, so I had asked the Plumbing service if they could arrange to have Omar pick it up in the morning on his way to my house. the appt. time was set for 9am, so I presumed that's when Omar would arrive at Home Depot. Instead, he and his asst. were at my house at 8:55am, having picked up the new toilet at 8am, so they would make it to my house on time! The toilet replacement was not smoothe because the floor tiles around the toilet had been originally cut to fit around that toilet. The new toilet had a different configuration which required balancing, trial and error, and many attempts to seal the ring around the toilet. I am so glad I chose an experienced plumber who knew how to deal with this! They spent 2-1/2 hours installing and did not leave until they spent a good 20-30 minutes checking and watching the mechanisms, to make sure there would be no leaks. I will definitely use Peter's Plumbing again, and will ask for Omar. I also got a discount for the Angie's List referral. These guys are GREAT!

It went well. Peter was courteous, professional and efficient. All the parts and tools that he needed were in his truck. He did his work quickly and well, and pointed out things to me such as the state of the existing mounting plate or flange or whatever you call it. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Arrived on time, surveyed the job, analyzed flange problem, performed work in a professional manner, cleaned up as they went along. Very well done. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

It was great - Omar snaked out the pipe - however we discovered not quite enough - he'll be back tomorrow at no charge to finish the job.

The fill valve needed to be replaced and even though the flapper was still good, I asked for a new one since it was more than a year since replacement. Peter did not have the right one on his truck so he left and was back very quickly and installed a new one. He asked if I had any thing else for him to look at. The pop-up drain the the master bath was sitting to low in the bowl and the water drained too slow because of that. Pete adjusted it so it sits higher and now the water drains well. We have a secondary bath and water from the tub at times is a bit rusty. Nothing to be done now - galvanized pipe is the problem. He also looked at the strainer in the kitchen sink. I have not been able to find the correct size. According to Peter, we need to replace the fitting at the bottom of the sink and it will come with its own strainer. We opted not to do this right now.

Saved me over seven thousand bucks. An inch of water suddenly appeared on the floor of my utility room. Thought it was the clothes washer but eliminated that by turning off the water to it and waiting a while. Still had the flood, so I called Peter's Plumbing (PP) and asked if he could come out and take a look. While waiting for him I called to get an estimate for re-piping the house since the house was fifty years old and had gray iron pipes. I figured that if the pipes sprung a leak in one place other leaks were sure to show up sooner than later. Might as well fix everything at once -- find the leak, which I thought was in a wall somewhere, and fix future leaks. The estimater came out the day before PP was due and estimated it would take around seven thousand to replace the pipes with a new system. I told him I would get back as soon as a plumber could patch the present leak. When Omar from PP called to say he was near my house I asked him if he had a leak detector. He said just common sense. I had been up in the attic looking for the leak and the repipe estimater had looked as well and neither of us could find anything. I was hoping a leak detector, it there is such a thing, would have better luck. Anyway. . . Omar and his helper arrived and I showed them the problem. They also went up in the attic (the house is on a slab) looking for the source of the flood. They couldn't find it either. I came very close to saying I would put up with the water until I could replace all of the pipes. Omar then noticed some water inside the water heater where it wasn't supposed to be and said that meant the water heater was leaking. To be honest, I thought he just wanted to sell me something he could do rather than joining all of us who couldn't find the problem. Since the heater was sixteen years old and his price seemed fair, and he said he could get right on it, I gave him the go ahead. I fully expected the leak to be there after the new heater was installed. It has been three days and no water on the floors anywhere. Omar proved that experience and common sense, instead of jumping to wild conclusions, was the answer. With a new hot water heater, if a leak shows up now it might not be so outrageous to think the pipes might be the problem but I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon.

My water heater went out Saturday and I was scrambling to find someone that could maybe come out to replace it. I was having no luck with anyone available same day. I don't know how to solder copper so changing it myself wasn't going to be an option. I finally stumbled upon peters plumbing and had the idea to ask him if he could solder me se threaded connections so I could do the instal myself with flexible tube. He was very short with me over the phone like I was bothering him. If I wasn't looking to get this done same day so I could get my hot water back I would have hung up on him. When he arrived at my house he was even less friendly. I was standing outside to greet him and he walked straight past me and right up in the attic without saying anything to me. When I tried to ask him simple questions like what sized connections he was putting on for my knowledge the first time I asked he ignored the question and didn't answer until he was done. He was arrogant the entire time and rude. It was clear he just wanted to come out for a quick $175 and leave.

Peter is an excellent guy called and responded right away and resolved it professionally .Had bought this house 3 years back and the kitchen sink would back up from time to time. Had BFS home warranty and those people would fix it but not resolve it. Called Peter up and he showed up at the correct time he had committed .Overall great guy to do business with .
