Jose was great and so conscientious about my house and rug when cleaning. He also made the fire look perfectly symmetrical! The prettiest I’ve ecer seen it in 19 yrs!

Technician was great and got my fireplace working again.

I had a problem with the wireless starter control not working so I schedule a tech to diagnose. I also planned to do a cleaning and maintenance on my two fireplaces while he was here. When the tech arrived he immediately looked at the unit and told me I didn't need a cleaning/maintenance service and would just be wasting my money. As for the wireless receiver, after he looked at my transmitter he told me had some brand new extra receivers in his truck leftover from previous installations. He offered to give it to me for free, but I insisted that he be paid something, so he did a check on the two fireplaces and replaced my wireless receiver for $75. These company technicians are extremely polite and honest, and I will continue to call them because they can be trusted to only see me what I really need. They are a pleasure to work with!

It worked great. They provide a time window and called to confirm estimated arrival time. it was a simple repair. The entire unit was cleaned and they cleaned the glass cover. The technician provided me with some instructions on how the fireplace worked. A warranty is provided on the service provided.

I moved into my home several years ago and found a sticker for Perfection Supply inside the bottom of the fireplace. I had been having problems with the flames going out or not starting. They had installed the fireplace when the home was built and still had a record of when it was installed now 13 years ago. They completely tuned up the system, fixed wall switch and cleaned up the burner assembly. Service was impeccable.

I would highly recommend them. I know they are more money, but for what they did and the time spent, it was worth it. What stood out was his knowledge, professionalism, and everything.

they were really good. They are the original installers of our fireplace so it was nice to have them come out to fix it. They came back and cleaned it up and made sure it was running good.

They had to make two trips as they could not work late on Halloween night (company policy not to have trucks out after 6 PM). Apart from that - everything went well. Our quote was comparable to another quote and about half of a third quote. The installers were pro's - floors/stairs were covered, they were well mannered and just did their jobs. Duct work in the attic was rehung after they installed the solar guard on the walls. They did a nice job of cleaning up (vacuum'd all areas) after the work was complete. They showed me everything (3 attic areas) that was done and showed me how to use the attic tent door (2 zippers).

Products are of high quality and the installation was done to "perfection". It was a pleasure to with Carolyn. She is very professional and responsive.

The guy from Perfection Supply did a really good tune-up and cleaning. The fireplace works fine. The problem is when I turned on the igniter, the fire keeps going off so I didn't know what was going on. Another place that I called said they couldn't come out for 3 to 4 months because they were super busy. I called them because they had a deal on Angie's List for cleaning the fireplace. He said he would give me fireplace 101 because I didn't know anything about fireplaces. He removed the cover and put it back so it wasn't a big deal and I could do that myself. He said that everything looked fine and there was a gas leak. He put something in there. He said he couldn't fix the pilot light because it was something the company that installed it would need to fix. His equipment wasn't working because his batteries died so I had to give him my batteries so he wasn't even prepared for the job. I called them because I didn't know what to expect from him and even though he did not do it, I wasn't going to give him a bad review. The first guy didn't know what he was doing. I called and they were not able to come back until May. The second guy knew what to do and everything was great. I would definitely use them again and nobody else will touch my fireplace.

He arrived on time. Did an excellent job identifying what need to be done to make it work correctly. Refurbished the fireplace to make our 12 year old fireplace look like brand new. We are happy with the work and our only regret is that we did not call them earlier.

He explained to me that it is a and quot;ventlessand quot; system, and gave me ideas and estimates on installing a vented system and running the chimney pipe. He left the area very clean, and hung around for 20 minutes while the unit ran to make sure nothing else was wrong.

Great price. Fabulous work. I won't go anywhere else and will get them to come out and do maintenance at least every other year in the future. Now I use my fireplace as often as I can rather than muttering hateful words as I pass by it!

David was very punctual and professional. He explained exactly what he did as he and quot;tuned upand quot; our gas log fireplace. He even added and quot;embersand quot; to the artificial logs to make them glow in spots and make them look even more realistic. He also adjusted the flame for a more realistic look. David was very thorough, and gave us pointers and safety tips as he completed each step of the process, then carefully cleaned up any mess he made when he finished. We will definitely use Perfection Wholesale Supply for our next fireplace tune-up, and hope to get David to do the service again!

Professional. I am happy with the work done.

Having lived in our new construction for almost 2 1/2 yrs. and never having gas logs installed in the fireplace (can't believe that isn't included in the house price!), I found the right company for the job. After having contacted another company who places fliers on doors re: log installation options, saying they will pick them up the next day, I found out for some reason they only want to come over IF both spouses are home for the and quot;pitchand quot;. Why? Don't they think I'm capable to make the decision alone? Anyway I digress, Perfection Supply is THE company you want to hire. After having found out they actually installed the fireplace itself (again, why didn't the housebuilder tell us that slightly important bit of information?!), it was a done deal. Although I thought it was a bit pricey, that's all the complaints I have. Wade was simply excellent in his installation, expertise, customer service and question-answering ability. He checks thoroughly for leaks, explains the entire process, and makes sure you are happy with the finished product. Even though he works long hours, his friendliness never failed. He is to be highly complimented! I will definitely have them return for a cleaning/checking of the fireplace in the next couple of years. If you want peace of mind, hire this company.

There were no problems, everything went well and our gas fire place is looking good and can be operated easily.

Great. I called on a Saturday and left a message which was returned Monday morning. They wanted to get as much information about the gas fireplace and gas logs as possible so they were sure they would have any parts on the truck if necessary. I knew the brand but not the model so we sent pictures ahead of time which helped although we did not need any parts. They two men showed up promptly at 10:00 AM and took off their shoes, covered the area they were working in and cleaned it. They made sure the wall switch and the remote for the fireplace were working and the pilot light was working too. I was told the service charge would be $199 and it was!!! No add ons, no trying to up sell. What a pleasure and change from so many people that come into the home to do work. I highly recommend this company for service and keeping their word.
