They were prompt to respond to the initial request, engaged, checked-in frequently keeping me updated on the work and followed up a couple of times when i was having trouble with connecting (turned out to be the service provider). Trustworthy, transparent and cleaned up after the work was done, I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend to others.

Good, fast, reasonably priced. Did not try to oversell me.

Daniel came over & checked out my printer. He said it was a part that was very expensive to replace. He said he could do it but I would be better off replacing the printer. I appreciated his honesty and he did not charge me for coming and checking it out. I would call and/or recommend this company to family & friends.

Daniel and his team were very professional. They went over everything and made sure we were clear on the plan prior to moving forward. I was trying to replace my Chromebook battery myself, but found two screws that were impossible to remove with my basic small screwdrivers, so I asked for help. The first company that contacted me wanted to charge me $99 for the job and to come to my house. I told them I would think about it. Then PCA Technologies called and bid $30 to come to their place. I hired them and I learned something in the process. Excellent outcome for a very reasonable price.

They did a great job.

Daniel Lau is an expert. He handled two different tasks for me. First, he repaired a crashed computer. And he also worked to fully integrate my two Apple devices with my Windows PC. Excellent work.
