Pavertime Pavers and General Construction

It went very well. They started and finished the job on time with excellent workmanship.

Wonderfully! They did an excellent job matching and cutting stones. They were very careful not to damage anything or leave the house dirty. They were very punctual, communicative, and got the job done in just one day!

These guys were outstanding. The job was done in April of 2018. After mowing my yard the other day I chuckled at how ever time I walk in my front yard I look at those pavers, I realize how much I absolutely love them. These guys came in and knocked it out. Their prices were very reasonable and I literally could not find a single thing to complain about. I figured I owed them a review.

Absolutely phenomenal work! My wife and I decided on Pavertime over other bids we received based off of company reputation and quality of work and materials. We could not be any happier with the end result. My wife and I have been through a whole house remodel over the last 3 years dealing with numerous vendors (basically gutting the house we purchased and remodeling from ground up) and Pavertime is one of the only vendors we dealt with that were consistent, professional, reliable, and that did not have to be micromanaged. Bryan is an excellent project manager and knows what he is doing during the bidding process and throughout the whole project to its completion. The guys that perform the labor are highly skilled and talented with cutting and placing each brick with preciseness with an artistic flare with their layouts. Our home backs up to a golf course and golfers were stopping by and asking for contact information / business cards during the installation process because of the high quality design. We will definitely be using them again on future projects.

Bryan Cantwell, son of owner, provided excellent advise and service! After having gotten scammed by another contractor, Bryan's crew came and removed six inches of their concrete, plus another four inches of the original pea gravel concrete that the scam contractor's guys covered up instead of removing. The work was done in one and a half days (first day was 12 hours of really hard work by the crew). While Bryan did not stay on the project the entire time, he popped in often to make sure the work was going on schedule. The work crew were all very nice and polite, and spoke English, which was important to me after my very bad experience with the scam contractor. I now have the most beautiful patio floor, with two area drains connected to side drain to make sure my house doesn't flood. I'm so happy I chose Pavertime, a Spring Branch family owned company! Of course, now, I have to update my fence. do some painting and buy new patio furniture.....

The Pavertime team helped me get on my feet quickly by getting rid of debris after Hurricane Harvey flooded my home. Melissa, Drew, Richard and Sheri helped in remediation, remodeling and even redecorating my kitchen, dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom and living room. I appreciated their responsiveness and helpfulness and highly recommend their work. Communication with the customer is wonderful. I especially love my updated kitchen and bookshelves.

Our house is old with plenty of character, and so I wanted to use reclaimed brick for the patio. Bryan researched and found a great company in Tomball that had tons of reclaimed brick, and then drove all the way out to Tomball twice to help me settle on the right brick choice. On the day the work was to be done, the Pavertime team was on time and worked efficiently to tear down the old porch, and build the new patio. They also built custom brick stairs leading from the patio to the house. When there were a few minor tweaks that needed to be fixed afterwards, the team came back out the next day I was available and made the adjustments. The work was beautifully done, and the customer service was excellent. Before and after photos are included below.

Excellent. I cannot believe that they completed the work in only one day. They arrived on time at 7:45 am; and left at 5:00pm. The transformation is amazing!! The crew was great to work with. I wish that I had done this years ago!

We did our research and homework before choosing Pavertime to build our paver patio. Pavertime was very competitive in the bidding process, emailed us a quote quicker than other bidders and were able to start the job promptly. Bryan Cantwell was our contact from begin to end and he was exceptionally pleasant to work with. We had some minor changes during the execution of the project and Bryan was accommodating at all times. The work completed by the installation crew was top quality! They also did a good job cleaning up after they were done. We would highly recommend Pavertime for any paver project.

The existing deck had mostly curved edges and was bordered with flower beds. The middle level was a curved walkway that connected our existing patio with a path leading to the side of the house. Our request was to remove this deck and replace it with a two level brick patio that would be shaped like the deck. I made the mistake of assuming that this was communicated to those doing the actual construction. Several of what should have been rounded edges were squared and the edge of the top level that replaced the original walkway was poorly positioned so that was too narrow where it met the existing patio. This was 'fixed' with an improvised jag in the edge of this level, so we lost the smooth arc of the original deck (see attached pictures). Additionally, the edge of the patio that should have been parallel to the house was skewed so that it was 13 inches closer to the house on one end vs the other. My low grade for professionalism is mainly for their lack of pre-planning the overall project and conferring with me before they began (in retrospect, I should have insisted on that) and for the way they treated our yard. We have a creek behind us and they used it as a garbage dump for pieces of cut brick, soft drink cans, and plastic water bottles. Additionally, they left pieces of crushed concrete base in the flower beds, and left stains on our existing patio from spilled concrete mix.

Went very well. We described what we wanted and paid a small additional fee to get a 3D rendering with one change. The first day construction started we decided to change the shape which they accommodated. The workers they used took their time to make sure they got it right and it looked good. Very pleased with how it turned out.

GREAT DONE FAST AND LOOKS PERFECT

From the initial dialogue on the phone to the completion of the work the Pavertime team was responsive and reliable. They arrived when they said they would, did the work in the time they quoted and cleaned up after their work. The day after they removed the existing sod I was wondering if all the mud and dirt on my concrete driveway would be left for me to clean up. Nope, they did a fantastic job of cleaning up and pressure washed my driveway afterward. About a week after the work was complete, they called to make sure everything was fine with the work. I mentioned a few low spots where water was standing after a recent rain. They have already made plans to do a visual inspection of the low spots and send a crew to mitigate the issue. - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT VALUE - Highly recommend them and am already planning to use them again for some flagstone work!

We've had neighbors stop and make a point to tell us they love our sidewalk in front. We had AT&T workers out for maintenance and wanted to know who did the work. We had our tree removers back out and they got lost finding us, couldn't believe it was the same house. We love our patio, thanks Pavertime!

Went very well

Everything went very well. Pavertime followed up to my Angie's list message with a phone call within an hour, came to to quote me within 24 hours, and started and completed the project very soon after I made a decision. They were professional, reliable, and did high quality work. Team even did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Would highly reccommend to others looking to put down pavers.

It went very smoothly. Richard and his team were fast and efficient and finished ahead of schedule. The patio itself looks great and is exactly what I had in mind when talking through the design with Pavertime. It really adds a lot to my backyard. The only area for improvement would be in clean up. I've continued to find pieces of crushed concrete/rock that is used for the patio base in my yard and near the staging area. This isn't a huge deal but something Pavertime should keep in mind going forward. Also, be warned that due to the nature of this work, any grass near the area of the patio will most likely be killed. I would use Pavertime again and would recommend their work to friends/family.

The pacers were delivered on Friday morning and installation began Friday and ended Saturday. The job had to be put off one day due to rain, but otherwise everything went really smoothly. I was especially happy that the crew took all the materials/demolished concrete and left me with a really beautiful, brand new patio.

PaverTime supplied all specified materials promptly as required. The limited storage space available on site dictated timely partial deliveries to maintain an clean and orderly work site in a subdivision with stringent home owner association requirements. PaverTime demolished a wood deck and removed all material from the job site promptly making space for delivery of new pavers and base materials. Abnormally wet/rainy weather delayed the overall completion, however PaverTime stayed on site and worked diligently to complete the project as soon as conditions allowed. During the course of the project, extra unplanned work was required due to actual conditions that were revealed only after removal of the old deck. The scope and extra costs were negotiated promptly and reasonably and completed in a timely fashion. Overall quality of the completed project was excellent.
