Wayne did a great job matching the textures and repairing the cracks...though time will tell if the cracks stay put. He was punctual both days and went over everything he did. He also performed some extra work when he noticed it. He laid down plastic in all work areas but a decent bit of compound found its way past the plastic, though it could have been worse. Overall I am satisfied and exceptionally pleased with the level of work and quality of the texture matches.

It went well. I called Wayne on a Sunday morning after getting his name off AL. The closets were really starting to smell and we were anxious to get started. I left a voice mail and he called right back. He agreed to come give us an estimate that afternoon(on a Sunday). He explained what he would do and gave us a fair price. He then adjusted his schedule to fit us in the following Tues. He showed up exactly when he said and did a great job. He even left me some some extra insulation to replace the stuff that got wet. I would definitely use Wayne again.

Mr. Goldberg is thoroughly professional and totally punctual. He calls to let you know when he's coming and he arrives at the time that he says he will. He came to look at my damaged ceiling -- an area of approximately 10' x 2' had been water damaged -- and he gave me an estimate of $150 to cut out the damage, replace the drywall, re-tape, float and texture, and said it would be an extra $100 if I wanted him to return a day later and prime and paint the area. I chose to have him do the entire job including painting, and he started the work a week later. He arrived on the dot and set to work. He works quietly and professionally. Although it seemed to me that the patch drywall that he put in place was not quite as thick as the original drywall, and so seemed slightly recessed, when he floated and painted it it blended quite well. It isn't perfect, because when the light hits it at a particular angle, the slightly recessed patch area is detectable, but perhaps only to someone who is looking for it. All in all, I was very satisfied with the job that he did, and would certainly use him again.

I had a great experience with Wayne Goldberg and Patch Masters. Wayne does his own work, so he understands specifically what needs to be done when providing his estimate for the work. Wayne worked around my electrician, he handled all the work in 4 days (and showed up every day including Saturday). Wayne even handled some additional patches required after I had some of the electrical outlets moved on my walls which weren't originally planned. His taping and floating work is solid and he did the texture well. His cut in around outlets, lighting, and plumbing was spot on. I paid about 30% up front and the rest upon completion. He also made sure that the work was to my satisfaction before receiving final payment. His work was excellent and I will certainly use him again. It's hard to find a good sheetrock guy and Wayne is certainly one of the good ones.

Wayne did an excellent job. He didn't waver from his original price, which was the lowest of three estimates I received. When he showed up to give an estimate he told me the job would take two days to complete. When Wayne showed up to do the actual work he was finished in a few hours. I was amazed he finished in less than a day. His workmanship was excellent. He cleaned up any mess he created and was always professional. I will use Wayne again in the future for any drywall repair needs, and I recommend his services to anyone.

Wayne dry walled over the new plumbing pipes and electrical outlets. He had to patch a concrete wall after the electrician's work and he even came back and re-did the patch after I changed my mind on the placement of the electrical box. He dry-walled the new kitchen walls around the new smaller window and created a seamless wall where one window was removed. He also used plaster to patch concrete window sills damaged from a whole house window replacement/remove burglar bar project. As usual his knowledge and skill on all things relating to drywall is outstanding. His work performance and results are the best.

The entire experince was fabulous - Wayne contacted me shortly after I left a message - he came over that same day to work up an estimate, which was extremely fair. We agreed to have the work done in a few days, and he arrived promptly when we had agreed. He was professional in his work, and when he left, there was no mess at all. The texture job was a perfect match. All in all, a perfect job! I would use Patch Masters in the future without any hesitation at all.

Excellent work, reliable, was always on time, does what he says he will do. This is Mr. Wayne I'm reporting about.

The location of the hole was right above the stairs that led up to the second floor. Given the troublesome access, Wayne came by a couple of days early to look over the problem and to determine what his set up would be. He estimated the job and could have started and finished that day except I was having carpet installed. Wayne was on time and finished the job the same day and at the original cost. In his set up he taped up plastic sheeting and put down drop clothes to minimize debris. He even noticed a small hole in the drywall nearby and fixed that as well... Job well done.

Call Wayne on a Friday night and left a message. Wayne returned my call and we discuss about the repairs I needed for my drywall. We agreed he would give me a call the following day and stop by and evaluate the area to be fixed. He never called me back and subsequently never stopped by. I haven't heard from him since that first phone call. In my opinion, this was very unprofessional of him. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I'm already having second thoughts about my subscription. Hopefully my future experience will be better than the first.

Wayne showed up the day after I contacted him and gave me a quote. I called him that evening and agreed on a price. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He did the job properly and cleaned up after himself. Very pleasant!

Mr. Goldberg came when he said he would, and completed the work as agreed upon. He came to the house within a couple of days of my first calling to look at the cracks in my walls and give me a price. We set up two days for the next week for him to do the work. He called the night before the first day to verify and set up a time. He explained the process as we walked the house, finding all needed areas of repair. By the second day, I had found another spot; he fixed that one as well. He was well-mannered and respectful of my house. He also gave me suggestions as to how I should appropriately prepare the walls before painting over the patches.

Went very well. He gave lots of advice on how to remove the wallpaper ourselves; it was dead-on accurate, and saved us money that he could have made (which we appreciated). He took fewer trips than he thought he would, and did a stellar job. We're happy with the result.

Wayne's expertise is remarkable. He researched and purchased materials for patching the concrete walls and installed Sheetrock to create a smooth paintable surface. After installing the ceiling, he textured it so beautifully, it was beyond my expectations. Once again, he handled a difficult job with professionalism and knowledge.

They were on time and they were very nice to work with. I also felt very comfortable with him working in my home. I didn't really see a need to check on him at all while he was here.

Wayne arrived early, gave me the estimate which I found extremely reasonable and finished the work in just about 3 hours. Finished product was excellent and he gave specific instructions on painting it.

Excellent. Once again Mr. Goldberg proved that his knowledge of drywall is superior. Some construction was necessary as 2 x 4's had to be secured to the arched doorway to attach the Sheetrock. This was done neatly and precisely. His estimate on materials and cost was exact and the project was completed in the specified time. The walls are so in sync with the rest of the 2 rooms it's impossible to tell where the original doorway was.

Wayne was prompt and reasonably priced. Among those from the list I contacted, he was the most responsive, giving me an estimate the day I called and fixing it the following day, very important to me. Two things could have been done slightly better. 1. The original estimate was $175 and it ended up being higher because he didn't remember all the areas I pointed out to him to be fixed. 2. His clean up work wasn't the best. Drywalling is messy but when I've had it done before (in a previous home by a different company), the areas affected were left as dust-free as before the work was performed. A bit more attention to detail would have been desirable but I'd recommend him and hire him again.

MR. GOLDBERG IS AN EXPERT ON SHEETROCK INSTALLATION AND REPAIR. HAS PERFORMED MANY PROJECTS ON MY HOME IN THE LAST 8 YEARS. THIS MOST RECENT PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. HE EXPLAINED THE DRYING PROCESS AND RETURNED TO PRIME THE WALLS AS PROMISED.
