Was very happy w/ Pablo's services, had a vision in mind that he perfectly executed on. Will be calling Pablo to quote the refinishing of our driveway in 2017.

Being in the business of Real Estate, I have worked with all type of contractors in the past 15 years. Mr. Cerna, owner of Pablo's Landscaping is one of the rare contractors that I've worked with professionally and personally. He has worked on several homes that I've owned and trust to the fullest extent. And when I mean fullest, I trust my wife to work with him directly and feel comfortable with the end result and most importantly, budget. The most recent project he did for us was on our home that sits on 14k ft of land in the Garden Oaks area of Houston, TX. He visited the home with us prior to purchasing and pointed out the red flags of areas that could have standing water due to the elevation of the land. I asked for a complete french drain system, thinking I would spend more money but that I "had to". He stated that the areas I thought would need it, didnt. You dont see or hear that often, or at all. His team came in and installed the system within 2 days and has kept our home from any standing water as it once had. Months later, we were able to work with him again, this time redoing our very very long drive way of 55 ft and at the time, only 11 ft wide. We continued to have flooding issues near the open culvert area and he was about to tell us our needs while satisfying our wants: wider drive way, water being able to go down and into the drains when it rained, and keep us from getting flooded in. We ended up with a new beautiful drive way, now 14ft wide with an 18ft entrance while now driving over the water with the bridge he built. Once he completed the drive way, he continued with his list in precise order, a 5 zoned sprinkler system. I know you may think, hey... it's a sprinkler system. But I find it fascinating how each head he and his team marked was so precisely placed and there were just the right amount of sprinklers to not think "why is there so many heads spraying!?". Each pop up, rotor head, to the height of each one and placement, is completely perfect and most importantly, efficient. Days later, we met him at the farm where we were able to view acres upon acres of plants for my wife to choose from and Pablo to tell us the science, combination, and where/why/why not to plant certain plants. In addition to the plants, he helped us choose pavers, stones, rocks, etc. for the walk way areas and water flow out into the street. When the plans arrived a few days later at the home, and I still dont know how to this day he did it, the EXACT amount of plants were delivered and placed as if they were meant to be there. The spacing doesnt look like he tried to cram extra plants in and there weren't any dead space to where he was short of plants. The image his gave us was exactly what was created by him and his team. They even sprinkled fertilizer in each hole before planting each bush, flower, grass, etc etc. He also brought in multiple pallets of grass that isnt has fun to talk about, but very fun to experience the prepping he did to ensure the healthiness of the grass being installed. His team prepped the dirt....yes... prep. They brought machines out to mill the dirk to ensure the dirt was prepped so the sod being installed was correctly done.... I mean who knew!? The stone work, rock work, ensuring when we had rain that it would go through a specific part of the yard into the drain. Every detail was covered. I find myself when giving referrals that I'm at the point of bragging about him. It's quite humorous, but that's how much my family respect him as a person and as a business owner in a very very underrated line of business. My family and I are thankful of having him in our lives as a friend and as a professional. We thank you for everything you've done for us Mr. Cerna!

I had a lawn guy and he's great. When they showed up, they were fast, professional and courteous. Everything they've done so far has been really good. What they do is excellent and the price is perfect.
