Ovalle's Custom Cabinets

DO NOT CONTRACT WITH HIM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After I contracted with him and gave him a deposit of fifty percent I did not here from him for over a week even though he told me he would keep me updated. I attempted to call him several times to get an update and confirm delivery when he had promised. I was unsuccessful in contacting him after leaving him several messages and text messages. I then tried to contact his partner that was in charge of accounting and also was unable to reach him. I finally got in touch with him the day before expected delivery where he told me that he had a personal problem arise and would not be able to deliver on time. He then assured me that he would be able to deliver later that week by Friday. I was upset and told him that I had guest coming in that weekend and really needed them delivered by then. Well Friday came and I got no phone call, I called several times and got no answer. I waited all day for someone to arrive and no one called or came. Finally late in the evening the partner called me and said once again Luis (the cabinet builder ) had left town on a family emergency. He sent me pictures of unfinished work and promised that on Tuesday of the following week the project would be complete and delivered. I am sitting here writing this review on Tuesday at 1 pm and I have not received my built ins nor have I gotten a phone call. I have called several times and gotten no answer, at one time someone answered and hung up!!! I am so upset! I don't recommend anyone ever use this unprofessional company!
