Original company that came out to do warranty work, stated the compressor on the AC unit was shot. Tried to work with warranty company to replace entire unit but they did not want to, they only wanted to replace the part. The unit was old and inefficient, didnt make sense to replace only the part. I obtained several quotes to replace the AC outside unit only, and AC plus furnace. Giovanni was very responsive, worked with my budget, gave me several quotes on different units and brands I wanted to install. At the end he gave me the best price without warranty involvement, replaced outside AC unit, new coil, and new furnace. On the day of installation, he had another person come help. Friendly duo, no issues overall. Had to come back to install floor on AC unit as he originally thought that my original would be okay, but he came back and installed when stated without additional charge. We shall see if replacement will decrease our heating and cooling bills. Would hire again. ***Update: nearly 1 year later. Had an issue with the AC unit, did not cool, shut down. Giovanni came out quickly to inspect. Found it may have been combination of several problems, filter, water overflow (valve installed shut off unit), and freon mixture. He quickly took care of the issues and did not charge me for the trip. Definitely good customer service and willingness to take care of the units he installs. Will use him when I need to replace my second furnace and AC unit.
