Optimal was great! They have come in behind some not so great work of another company to fix several issues for us. They are always on time, knowledgeable and professional. This was no exception. The humidity in the house has gone down and the a/c is cooling better.

Great! The technician stayed late until he got my heater working on a cold night. I have a home warranty, but I’ve only been calling Optimal because they always go the extra mile.

Did a great job diagnosing the issues, talking through what needed to be done, and then preparing quotes and estimates. Professional and down to earth group. Would certainly hire again, without question.

Joey did an amazing job and worked on trying to figure out what the last company did when they wired up my unit. He didn’t try to oversell or tack on any additional items. Definitely will use them in the future.

The time window when they were supposed to arrive was 8am-10am, they were here right at 8am. The tech came in and performed the Furnace tune-up, he said everything was working perfectly and did not try to upsell me anything extra or unnecessary like some places would. I will continue using them for any of my HVAC needs! :)

Was given a narrow 1hr window for Chris to show up (good .. most are 3-4 hrs) and he turned up exactly when he said he would. He carried out tasks quickly and efficiently, reported back at the end and discussed some possible things that might need attending to at some point in the future. Would happily recommend and use again.

Started out as maintenance but furnace went out. Brian was very thorough in explaining everything we needed. Mary worked with us on the pricing after I saw another deal on Angie’s list. Overall good experience and did everything in one day.

Although they were initially late to arrive, Mary at the office was friendly and apologetic and dispatched a different technician that arrived within an hour. Reid was who arrived and he was professional and friendly. He explained the issue in detail and showed me what was wrong with the furnace control board and how it may have happened. He had to order the part which arrived the next day. The initial troubleshooting visit to the repair completion took less than 24 hours. The price was affordable and they discounted the initial service fee from the cost of the repair. I would definitely hire again.

The man was polite and as far as I know, he did the job efficiently. I didn't follow him up into the attic. He offered some suggestions for better efficiency for our heating system.

Chris Pendleton came over the same day and did a great job explaining the system i have and what sort of maintenance should be required. Chris has been in the industry for a while and his experience was evident. There was no upselling, just a very professional inspection. Much appreciated and higly recommended.

$39 service call diagnosed problem in 10 minutes. Part was obtained by next day at reasonable retail price and installed. Additional corrections were also required at the same time. The paid $39 service call was even deducted from the final bill, and this is rare. With a complete assessment of our system, poor duct connections were noted. These were left by another firm that supposedly did duct cleaning they conned my wife into authorizing. Both the service techs that were out from Optimal advised that the duct cleaning in 99.9% of the cases is: 1. totally unnecessary; and 2. does more damage to the ducts than any possible good. But Angie's list keeps promoting them for the advertising bucks they pay, regardless of the damage to Angie's subscribers. This is deceptive and greatly reduces the veracity and reliability of Angie's list. I now remain very wary about taking your advice and use other sites to verify anything you recommend.

Excellent! They called before they came as I requested, were punctual and very professional. They evaluated our heating system and gave us written recommendations.

Wow! The level of service and the response time has been unbelievably EXCELLENT! The previous reviews were spot on to sing their praises. I will be performing all my HVAC needs with Optimal going forward. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM! I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

They came for a furnace check up but they left with a new customer.

As expected. The technician went over the details and condition of my unit after inspection.

The owner Steve and Reid was very helpful and gave a very fair price for the Trane A/C with furnace system. I will use them again in my future A/C needs.

The price was cheapest compared to others. No pushy sales to buy unnecessary stuff. They did not charge me anything till ALL job was completed. Had a leak in few months later and they came out and fixed it under warranty free of cost. . What I did not like was too many joints on the condensing unit suction line (I think it was sub contracted) and did not look professional. Plus the Condensing unit was balanced with bricks rather than solid foundation (I did tell them in advance and they just put a 2nd Slab on top of first one). Other than that no complains. Unit is running good.

Company did the work as advertised.

It assume that it went fine. The guy arrived on time but did not introduce himself. I realized after he left that he didn't mention whether my filter needed changing; worrisome since it's been over a year since it was changed.

Chris arrived checked the furnace and a/c. Told me everything looked Ok. He checked the to see why two bedrooms were not getting enough air and what I needed to do to fix the problem. He was very good and honest about the price if I needed him to do the work.

Showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable.

The work performed was excellent. The team came out a d performed a complete evaluation, gave a fair quote and completed the work on time. The overall effect was to significantly improve the performance of the overall AC system. I definitely recommend them for any job.
