I was so impressed when I called at 3pm on a Friday and they said they could have someone out between 4-6pm! And it wasn’t an emergency call or anything. Reid, the service man was good at communicating, and completed the job quickly with a fix, no replacement or major repair needed.

Interviewed 4 contractors, narrowed down to 2 until I talked to Optimal's supervisor/inspector Chris P. who with his knowledge and experience convinced me to contract Optimal. I was also impressed with the two installers who did a great job with all aspects of the installation as I had agreed with Chris. It took a while to get the pre-agreed WI-FI thermostat, but seven weeks later, two other Optimal guys came and completed the thermostat installation and connection with the WI-FI successfully. These guys were very helpful answering all technical questions I had. My AC works fine and I am pleased with what I got from Optimal. My advice to other homeowners contemplating AC replacement would be: "Spent time to educate yourself enough around your project, so that you understand what you need vs what you will get. Get all promised features in writing, inspect the installation to assure you got what agreed and insist on completion before you pay fully for the job".

I have used Optimal Air Solutions for 3 maintenance appointments so far (2 AC & 1 Furnace) and they have been great each time! They never tried to upsell me anything extra or unnecessary like some places would. I will continue using them for any of my HVAC needs! :)

Although it was just after 5:00 PM I called Optimal hoping to get on their schedule for the next day. I was surprised that they responded that they would be out in a couple of hours! The technician arrived exactly when they had projected, and diagnosed the problem within a very short time. By 9:00 PM our A/C was cooling. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional, and responsive technician. Serviceman arrived on schedule. Performed the inspections, explained what he was doing and made some recommendations about filters and added a drain pipe to my system that should have been installed but wasn't at no additional charge.

I've been using Optimal for semi-annual check ups and they've always been professional and thorough. When our A/C stopped cooling I called them and they had a technician out within an hour. The compressor, just 3 years old had failed, and it was a hot day in Houston and getting hotter. In spite of the manufacturer's logistics problems in Houston, Optimal was consistently pro-active and our A/C was running by the next afternoon. Throughout the entire process I received continuing updates on their progress with expected arrival and installation times. I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, responsive, and professional service - especially in 100 degree weather! Will definitely continue to use and recommend their service.

They showed up on time and finished the job without any issues. I'm very late in providing this review - it has been about a year ago since they installed my new unit and I have not had any issues at all.

Checked out both units. Cleared condensate lines. Verified that AC condensate was NOT source of a ceiling leak damage. Advised me on small coil leak for upstairs unit. Will continue to use their service.

It went awesome. They were on time and took extra precaution to ensure our house didn't get dirty from taking out the old duct work (placed canvas tarps all along their walking path). Their team was courteous and took the time to explain and listen to what we wanted.
