Optimal Air Solutions came in and took complete control of a pretty horrible installation including mistakes that could have started a fire! Before starting the work, Optimal communicated with me in detail what needs to be done and provided an estimate of how long it will take. I was very surprised to see that on occasions their folks worked till 9:30 PM at night to get the job done correctly and on time. Their installation was visibly tidier than the previous installer and they left the job side clean as well. I have other investment properties, and I am very sure that I will use Optimal Air Solutions again in my other homes because it is hard to come by honest, knowledgeable contractors these days.

We noticed that the air conditioner was not working properly on a Friday afternoon and was able to get ahold of Steve who came over to give a diagnosis that night. It turned out that we had a bad compressor and Steve helped me walk through all of the options in front of me. After sleeping on it, we decided to replace the unit since it was old. Optimal was there on Saturday morning to perform the work. They showed up on time and gave me a text when they were on their way. No A/C with a miserable pregnant wife at home is no fun but Steve understand and went the extra mile to make sure that they got the work done as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend their services.

Mary at Optimal Air was very quick in calling me to schedule an appointment. When I tried to purchase the deal for service, I was only able to get one, but she gladly offered me the same price for the second unit. By the next business day I had a technician at my house, and he was able to assess the blower motor and scheduled replacement for the next day. In two days everything was installed and serviced. These guys are probably the most professional HVAC service company I've worked with. A pleasure all around, no pushiness, they do a professional job and are out of your way quickly. Highly recommended all around.

After interviewing no less than five contractors, Optimum Air was the only company that could come up with a solution to add central air and hear to a portion of our home that only had a windows unit. Optimum relocated our outdoor units to a new location and completely revamped our old 1985 HVAC system with new duct work and a multi zone system. Within the first month my electricity bill was $100 lower. Optimium completed the job in two days and stayed within budget. These guys are critical problem solvers, fairly priced and honest.

I was able to call Steve on a Saturday and within minutes he sent his partner Joe out who headed out immediately. This was despite my instructions that it could wait, not an emergency, take your time, etc. Since I needed a new part and it was the weekend, Joe was able to have Bryan install first thing Monday morning. And again, I said mid week was fine (this is a second home), etc. Being the professionals that they are, Steve & Joe took care of me right away. Full disclosure, this is not the first time I have used Steve. For me, the most important part of the repair is not the company but the individual doing the repair. I first met Steve about five years ago. He was the last of three AC guys I had sought to get estimates for an AC unit. The first two wanted $7,000 to $9,000 to replace my unit. Steve repaired for $500. Please note "repair" vs "replace". Some companies want to sell, sell, sell. Steve was able to repair. I've got two big homes with 8 AC units in total. So I've gotten to know Steve well. On another unit, Steve gave me five options. The options included repair, repair and replace, and total replacement with many options to choose from. I had no less than five options with which I could make an educated decision. In short, Steve and Joe are in this for the long haul. They are client focused first, and not just trying to sell you a gold plated product without regard for whether or not you can afford. I totally trust Steve and Joe. I have recommended them to many. They are the best period!

Perfect! I just found out that Steve had joined Angie's list, and am proud to be his 1st review! I have been using Steve for my air conditioning and heating services for about 7 years. He has installed 2 AC units for us and maintained them since installation. He is reliable, honest, professional and an all around great guy. He absolutely knows what he is doing, when it comes to heating and air conditioning. If you use this company, you will NOT bet sorry!
