Steve Finley came out on short notice on a Saturday. He was very friendly and professional. He identified the problem, which was a part that had been improperly installed by another technician. He removed the part and the system started working again. He also described the condition of my system and told me the signs to look for when it would need to be replaced.

the technician was very punctual, and preformed work quickly with no interruptions. I wasn't home at the time of his arrival, but he sat in his truck and I talked with him upon my return home,

Excellent! Joe was a true professional. He was fantastic. He found an issue on why my a/c wasn't cooling. It was included as part of the service and I was not charged extra. I did replace the capacitor as I knew that was failing. What he charged me was less than if I had gone through my warranty company. I chose Angie's list as the companies that my warranty company was sending out were not finding the issue. I feel like Joe did. I found him to be very trustworthy and someone I would definitely use again.

I feel that Optimal will be the firm I use In the future. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent representative for his firm. His visit showed I had 4 filters that I did not know I had. His information will save me approximately $400/year in not buying extraneous filters. I recommend him and his company.

Great! Chris checked the unit's parts in the attic. Next, he checked the unit outside. He took off a side panel and checked its many contents with his assessment tool. Then, he washed the unit with our watering hose nearby. All parts of our unit were working correctly, and he said the unit was put in correctly by the builder. He said I could request him again for the next 6 month checkup, and I will. He was thorough in his work and very knowledgeable. He said he has 17 years experience in the A/C business. He said the humidity in TX makes the A/C units work harder. Also, he said to turn the unit off at its indoor thermostat when your lawn is being mowed or the unit will get dirtier inside from the mowing. Great job! I was very pleased.

After talking with several companies I found Optimal Air and we could not be happier with our choice. Optimal air is second to none in the air conditioning industry. Mary, in thier office, called me within minutes requesting an online quote. She was professional and after talking to several other companies she was like a breathe of fresh air. She was honest and corrected some myths I had been lead to believe by other companies that could have lead me to spend more money during the repairs. After speaking with Mary I received an email from one of the company owners, Steve. Steve asked if he could come out and take a look at the situation and try to help better meet our needs. Steve helped us to finalize our decision. He was professional, respectful of our home and careful not to track in dirt, he was honest, efficient & thorough. Within a few minutes he made me an offer that met BOTH my families needs and that my husband and I could afford financially. He did NOT try to sell us anything we did not need (which was something I found common among other companies who provided assessments and quotes).. He shook my hand, left his card with his direct line and I was able to call Mary back and set installation up for a few ours later. The installation team arrived on time and were consistent with the level of service and professionalism I had experienced with Steve and Mary. For such a major repair these guys were done in about 4 hours. I cannot emphasize enough just how happy I am that we found Optimal Air!! We are now Optimal Air customers forever as we have decided to use them for all maintenance going forward and any other repairs regarding our HVAC and furnace system. I cannot thank the OA team enough! Optimal Air is incredibly lucky to have Mary on thier team. She is such a dedicated and awesome part of thier team. Steve is the perfect example of what he wants his employees to be...And they exemplify all of those qualities! Good leadership shows in every team member and this is so true for Optimal Air!!

They said my heater was dangerous, close to emitting carbon monoxide, and my air compressor would probably not last the summer. To be honest, I thought they were overstating a bit, although my system was ancient, and got a second opinion that agreed. So I hired them to replace first the heater, and next (when their prediction on the compressor came true), the air. They are amazingly responsive; I called them out three times to look at the compressor after they replaced the heater, and they came the same day each time - at 6:30 when I got home from work!

As always Steve was a pleasure to work with. We appreciate having someone we trust to give us the best advice for maintaining our two units. With Steve's help we will be able to get the maximum use out of these units.

Optimal Air is awesome! Steve Finley (not to be mistaken for the ex-Astro) is a great guy and very knowledgeable. After he recharged our unit, he gave a us a free checkup in the Spring. Their system of setting up appointments is the best I’ve ever seen. Via text messages, they let you know when they are coming and they even send a calendar notice that you can easily add to your personal digital calendar – very efficient. Plus, just fantastic service. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

This is the second time I have used Optimal Air. They are a great company to work with. They text who will come, when they are on their way, and again if they are in heavy traffic and will be late. They are always very polite and efficient. I feel I can trust them because the first time I used them they told me I did not need work another company had proposed doing. My bedrooms are now cool. I highly recommend this company.
