We strive to provide exceptional services and products, but unfortunately, no system is completely foolproof. When things do go wrong, we want to do the next best thing to make it right, and we feel we have tried to do so in this matter. We have looked into the situation, and found that the estimate was created, but never sent to the members' email. It is clear from our (until now) pristine reputation, that this was an isolated incident. We have contacted the customer and sent the proposal, reflecting a 15% discount, in an effort to make amends for the unfortunate oversight.

Appointment went very well. Technician not only did his work quickly and efficiently, but he also went out of his way to look into a separate HVAC issue I thought I had, and he showed and explained to me the tune-up process when I showed curiosity. Thank you!

Great! The technician was very prompt and was obviously a hard worker, not wasting any time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me advice without a pitch to sell - inviting me to check out other service providers on price and quality of product. He was also respectful of the house, not entering until he's slipped covers over his shoes to avoid dirt and damage to the floors. In all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

WOW service!!! Guys showed up early 11:45. Michael and the Team started working. Removed old system and installed new system by 3:30. Outstanding install Team no trash left very clean Team. My house/floors yard left spotless. Bryan went over the system pointed out everything I needed to know and explained how to work the system. Today 5/11 is my birthday and I delayed my plans thinking they would need to come back today...
Description of Work: I contacted Optimal back in February I was needing to replace AC/Heat. The company was professional from day one. Joe came out explained in detail what I needed and provided a free estimate. I was emailed a detailed estimate within minutes after Joe left. Mary the office Manager called me later to go over financing. Months later and after dealing with other companies not one came close to the honesty and professionalism that I received from Joe and Mary. I called/emailed Mary on Tuesday and my install date was set on Wednesday @ 2:00.
