Work went fine. Technician chris was very knowledgeable about hvac and my system was working better when he left. He gave me a lot of pointers on how to improve the setup of my system.

Great company. The owner Steve is a stand up guy with standards. Their philosophy is customers first and they hit that mark. It's refreshing to see a company whose ultimate goal is not only to make a buck.

Contact was amazing and the schedule was set for a maximum of an hour and a half from time of call. Company notified me via text of schedule and when tech was en route. Chris arrived on time and was not only extremely knowledgeable but extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, resolved it immediately and went out of his way to service the unit by cleaning it and testing it thoroughly to make sure it was working properly. I really could not have asked for faster or better service. Extremely reasonable rate considering he was working on the unit at 7:30 pm. I highly recommend this company and will be grateful they are around the next time something comes up!!!

Technician did a thorough inspection of all components of the furnace & changed the filter. I received a detailed inspection report. He was very courteous and very thorough.

It went well. Optimal was always professional and courteous. They were patient with me as I tried to decide on financing. They provided quotes on several different configurations, and again, were very patient when I asked for more info. I was gone at work when the installers came, but my wife was very impressed with how well they communicated with her and how considerate they were of her schedule. Installation was finished in about 4 hours.

They gave me a very competitive price. They took care of the details such as working with the manufacturer to get the replacement part as it was covered by warranty. They did not make the work sound more complicated than it was to jack up the price like the others did. Mary Harris, the office person I dealt with over the phone was friendly and professional as were the technicians who did the actual work.

Received great service from Joe. He went beyond the call of duty to correct the issue. Set an appointment for the morning, he was very personable and professional. Explained what needed to be done but would have to come back later in the evening to correct the issue. Wasn't able to rendezvous with him and also gave him the wrong gate code. Somehow he managed to get in and take care of the job.

Service not used because A/C broke down before service. Very understanding, said I may use deal paid for after a/c repaired by home warranty company. Not used to date, Aug 2017.

My barely 6 year old Rheem coil froze solid and water was condensing in the hot attic and raining water down to my second floor through the light fixtures and smoke alarm. Optimal Air LLC scheduled emergency response at 7 pm on a Sunday evening and Reid Snider with crew installed a new Trane coil with elevated drain pan , new plenum with collars were corrected for better air flow and metal transition was re-used from my May service (with discount given for the May expense; thank you). They tarped my carpeting and kept things clean and quickly changed my 97 degree misery to calm and cool. This was my SECOND TIME using Optimal. One of the owners visited the job to assure things were completed accurately. I recommend this company.

Extremely well. Sometimes these promotions are fronts for getting in and recommending more services. The technician was professional and confirmed the AC was working as expected. There was some concern with it may ice over but he said it was based on the original installation and would be unreasonable to change. He also provided me low cost instructions to keep the unit working well.

This is a very impressive service provider. They were on time, very responsive in the hottest part of Houston's summer. Thier work was accurately and professionally done. I am a professional myself who provides services to clients and I would recommend them to anyone. What do you think Amy

Called to determine how I could gettwo units PM'd, the woman that answered told me they don't use Groupon so she could not assist me! She was not good at all dealing wth customes!!!!!!

Chris Pendelton was the technician that came out both times. Polite, knowledgeable, quick, very good at explaining readings on instruments and what they meant for optimal performance of an old unit, offered suggestions for future upgrade options. No pressure, just information, so I the homeowner could think it over and make my own decisions. Very professional and competent. I will request this technician again next time.
