Oops Steam Cleaning

First, on their website there is a coupon for carpet cleaner (4 rooms for $130). When I called to make the appointment, I was quoted $210 for 6 rooms which includes the stairs. On the day of service, the technician quoted $260 for 4 rooms including stairs. There are no pets in the house and the rooms are roughly 10x11. Plus, the carpet has no soiled areas! I spoke with both the technician and the office and the price difference still could not be explained. I passed on their services! Two coworkers used them and they also stated an increase in price when the technician arrived, but they still used them!

I have been using them for over eight years and they are very good. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of them. Making an appointment is the challenge.

Efficient, on time and did a great job cleaning pet stais from carpet!

They do an awesome job. The first company that came in, I had some large stains on my carpet. They cleaned the carpet and within a couple weeks, those stains were right there. I called Oops to come out and it was just a hallway that I needed at that time. They came out and got the stains out. It was just the hallway so they charged me the minimum, which was $99. Just one guy came. It took probably about 20 minutes. The stains are still off. The carpets were fine.

I see a lot of negative posts about Oops but I'll tell you my experience was the best! Start to finish! I heard about this company listening to 740 & 950 also had friends experience as well. My house and carpet are 5 years old. I have a dog, cat teenager (with friends) and a husband who works a lot in the garage. My carpet and tile had been through the wringer! Hosting a big graduation party I needed my house looking it's best. Setting up the appointments were a breeze, very helpful staff told me what to expect. First visit was to get an estimate of the work. They explained what they were doing, prices and gave recommendations. Took some recommendations and refused others, no pressure or salesman gimmicks. I asked for a last minute estimate on micro fiber couch too. I knew when they went out the door what we were going to do. Cleaning day arrives and the guys were early. Explained all the services again to verify and they started. They were very time efficient but did not rush. Careful with our possessions. Professional and personable. When finishing the rooms asking me to inspect and were quick to remedy any over sights. I could not have been happier with the results. Carpet was fabulous and fresh. Couch was clean as can be, stains and dirt removed. My tile looks brand new. The only high price cleaning I had was the couch and considering results I'd do it again in a minute. My experience could not have been better. Hope yours is too.

We have a good experience with them. It was pretty reasonable. The best part was they came on time. They were very clean about the job. It didn't take very long. I thought the price was reasonable.

Terrible experience. They left brown stains on 3 rooms of carpet! When called back, first they blamed it on pet stains. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then they blamed it on the age of the carpet. I don't think so. They spot cleaned what they could see and said they couldn't do anything more. Now, I have even more of their brown stains on my carpet. It is ruined!

Do NOT call these people - they are a total sham. They show low prices and bring a light that if it glows green in a spot or two on the carpet, the price almost TRIPLES!!!!!!! I told them to hit the road` NO CAN DO!

Tech was punctual and took great care to clean my carpets. Got out a few stains, and educated me on the general life, health, and care of my carpets. Would definitely use again!

They sent a team of two very professional gentlemen. They got all stains out of the carpet including a couple chunks of gum. Pet smell is out of sofa. They did a fantastic job. It was a bit pricier than i thought it would be but you get what you pay for.

They were excellent; showed up on time, job went smoothly, they worked quickly but thoroughly. Price was right. Area rug needed some extra work so they came back and cleaned it again at no charge. Oops is my new carpet cleaning service!

For upholstery cleaning I used Oops Steam Cleaning. They are very professional. They were able to get it done fairly quickly and they had reasonable price for what they do.

They did a good job. They were very professional and the high steam that they used was dry.

Since the first time I used them, price has gone up, quality has gone down. The quote for the second time they came out was MUCH higher than the first time, for the exact same work. When I pointed this out, the employee who came to my house said the guy who did the quote the previous year, which was the owner, did the quote wrong. When I came home from work after they'd completed the job and left, I saw there were a lot of spots (or entire cushions) that they missed on my sofa. Had to have them come back again to re-do some parts of the sofa.

The man who came was very professional and very punctual. He called 15 minutes before he arrived. He was very thorough in his cleaning, and took his time to get up every stain. I have 2 small dogs who had free reign of the house and had frequent accidents. My home had a musty, old smell before I had my carpets cleaned by oops. When he was done cleaning, the carpets looked brand new. The only reason I did not give them an A rating is because they charged an extra fee for every thing. This is probably industry standard, but I felt that if I had shopped around, I could have found a better price. They charged extra for treating every urine stain, but in the end , the stains were gone. Also, a year later, I am finding some of the stains that I thought were cleaned are reappearing. All in all, they did a great job with the carpets, but I feel that paying almost $600 for the service wasn't worth the service received

I've used Oops before, and I typically have good experiences. However, this most recent job wasn't as satisfactory because a couple of large spots have returned. For this reason, I've given the company an overall grade of "C", and I've refrained from grading such things as price, quality, and responsive until the company returns to rectify the issue.

They quoted me $110 then said thAt they didn't quote me At all. Then, they wanted to charge me $300. Manager was very rude and didn't care about customer service. I took off of work to have them waste my time!!

Great Customer Service! They came out on June 7th to clean our carpets. The Tech called us as they said he would to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was friendly and professional and cleaned everything in about an hour's time. Everything looked great and we gave him the thumb's up. Our carpet took overnight to dry and when we saw it the next day there were large brown/rust areas all around. This was Sunday the 8th. I took pictures and sent them an email. I was contacted by Oops the following day (Monday the 9th) and they said they would have someone out to take care of it, and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day (Tuesday the 10th). The next crew was also very friendly and professional and explained that this could be caused by too much water on the carpet causing "browning" or it could be from another carpet cleaning company's cleansers interacting or something previous (stains) in the carpet that the cleaning brought out. However or whatever caused it, they did not make us feel like it was our fault at all, but simply explained that they did have a solution and went straight to work spraying this solution and cleaning it up. This only took them about 25 minutes to complete, and since they used less water this time, the drying time was much quicker. It looked wonderful -- all browning/rust stains out (we have cream colored carpet). After it finished drying there was only 1 area (entry way step down in living room) where there was new browning. He had taken extra care to try to clean this step area, so I do not know what made this happen. But I did contact Oops again and they reassured me that I was not being a bother -- I told them I hated to have to contact them again and that both crews were wonderful, but we did have an issue with the staining in this one area. The lady on the phone was very nice and said that this is their job -- to make sure our carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction and that we were under warranty and no worries. That made me feel better and again they had someone out asap. When our Tech arrived yesterday he was again very friendly -- explained again the possibilities of why this may have happened. He told us about the solution that he was going to use -- it was the same solution as before, but this time he was not going to use any water since there had already been so much on our carpet (2 times). So he sprayed the step area and used a carpet rake and the staining was gone immediately. He told us it would dry in 45 minutes and the smell would be gone in a few hours. It didn't really smell bad at all since he only had to spray a small area. I am very impressed at this company's courtesy and customer relations. I also received emails from the owner of the company making sure all was well. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and was satisfied with the solution to the browning issue -- whatever caused that? But they said it happens sometimes, and without hesitation took good care of it.

This is the second time I have used Oops Steam cleaning and the quality of the cleaning on my carpets was as good as my previous experience. I have a 3-story townhouse, with carpeting on the top and bottom floors as well as stairways. The personnel were thorough and seemed experienced. The carpeting looks much better and this is on 12 year old carpet. I do have a few complaints this time around however so I'm not sure if I would use the company again or try a different one. The advertised price was $160 for 3 rooms, I believe, but after we talked about the stairs and hallways, as well as putting a protectant on the lower flight of stairs, the priced climbed to a total of $281 (which did include tax). Also, they use a very long hose and large attachment. The hose snaked up to my top floor, wrapping around the bannisters and rubbing against walls. After the cleaners had left, I noticed a few marks on the bannisters and walls that I will need to repaint that were either caused by the hose or the large cleaning attachment. Not a big deal but this did not happen the previous time I used Oops. I would give them an A- or B+ as the carpet cleaning was good but the climb in price and the wall marks knock them down a little bit in my rating of them this time.

The gentleman that came was named Jesse. He couldn't have been nicer. He explained everything to us. I thought he really took his time for the cleaning.

The tech was very courteous and he steamed 2 small closets at no charge. He was 20 minutes late, but worked very efficiently. His shoes were clean as he moved inside and outside. I always appreciate shoe covers though.

Employees were punctual and professional. Carpet was wet for longer than i expected but it looks great. They were in and out in less than 1 hour. Excellent company and we have used them 3 times now.

When they left I found some huge spots that were not there before. I had to clean these spots myself.
