They came out on Easter Sunday and told us what needed to be done and were there first thing Monday morning and installed new unit. House is cooling and comfortable!!!!

The technician was informative and they were receptive to pricing questions and changes over the phone.

Sakis is an outstanding tech. A very fine polite& courteous young man. He brought everything up to speed for winter service & alerted me to change the filter to a freeer flowing filter.

I don't see my previous review of one hour. The one I posted before talking about the names issue. I don't know if I dealt with one hour or A+. Which ever one it was they miss lead me about the cost of the job. The tech removed metal duct in part of the duct work and replaced it with flex duct. I'm concerned about animals tearing into it.

Excellent service! I have never received such a through and professional ac/heating servicing. The tech was very knowledgeable and did not rush the job. The service was outstanding, my furnice never looked so great.

Micheal was prompt and corteous, he did the work and was upfront with the pricing, im not so sure of the value for your money, pretty pricey just for replacing a broken condenser. Should have done it myself.

I have come to the conclusion that One Hour AC never acted in good faith. One time they broke the support of one of the units and told me that it's already broken. I had to get it fixed myself. I didn't realize until much later that their charges were much higher than others. The worst part was that I was their good customer for many years but when when it came time for their first payment under warranty, they made up reasons not to pay. Very disappointed.

My technician Abel was amazing. Super friendly as well as super informative. Made some recommendations but wasn’t attempting to sell us something we didn’t need.

Called to set up a appt to come out on a Friday afternoon ( I'm willing to pay premium). They take my information, set up my account, try to sell me some package deal, and said a tech will come out by midnight and will call first. At 10:30 I still haven't heard from the tech cal so l them back and they say they have no record of my appointment, but they can see I have a account set up. I don't understand how they could have my information but forget to schedule it

Great Service.

Had them do annual service on my A/C units, up and downstairs. Technician said Freon was fine and A/C was running good. It was frozen up and had to get another company to service it. The pump he said I needed was already there.

Came on time and fixed my AC!

Hunter was excellent. He was very friendly and a good listener. He explained everything before completing the repairs. He arrived on time. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly also.

Very professional and thorough inspection of my system. Tech was very friendly and informative and fixed issues as he went through his inspection informing me along the way. I would use them again in the future.
