In July of 2022 we had several people out to quote us for a new AC for our home. Ultimately, we went with One Hour and were initially satisfied with the service, the unit, and the additional service plan that we purchased. On Sunday, June 23rd, my husband noticed a drip coming from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Upon further inspection, he found that the copper line in the attic was leaking. We immediately called One Hour to come out and fix it. They came out the next day, Monday, June 24th, and their technician, Michael, said that the insulation around the copper line was old and disintegrating, and had not been replaced when we got the new unit. He fixed the part that was dripping, but by that point, much of the insulation we had blown into the attic in December of 2023 in that area was decimated and there were several cracks in the ceiling due to the water damage from the leaking line. Michael confirmed that the insulation on the line should have been replaced with the installation of the new unit. When we inquired about their process to fix the ceiling, Michael shared that his supervisor told him to tell us to claim it on our homeownerâ s insurance. Not satisfied with this answer, we reached out multiple times to speak with a manager. After waiting Monday evening, and all-day Tuesday, we were finally able to reach a manager on Wednesday, June 26th who was available to come out on Friday, June 28th. The manager, Carl, showed up at our house an hour past the scheduled appointment time. We explained to him the situation and what Michael found, and we told him we just wanted One Hour to make our ceiling right since the problem was due to incomplete installation. We also explained that we subscribe to the companyâ s service plan and at least two, if not three, additional technicians have been in our attic, on schedule, to inspect and service our unit and its parts, and no one has ever brought this to our attention, leading us to believe that we have been receiving incomplete inspections. The manager looked at the damage to the ceiling as well as the copper line that was dripping and made notes. The manager argued that replacing the line insulation is not part of the installation of a new AC unit, but as consumers, my husband and I arenâ t sure why that is the case. Additionally, we canâ t figure out why no one ever brought to our attention that the insulation looks corroded and needs replacing even if itâ s not part of the new install. We would have had One Hour replace it, no problem, but we didnâ t know it wasnâ t replaced at the time of the new unit install, and for the past almost two years, we have trusted that the technicians we have over to service the unit are checking everything and reporting back to us what needs attention. They certainly tell us when we need a new air filter. We heard back from Carl, the manager, today and he said they will not be providing any compensation to repair the ceiling, which since his visit with us last Friday has gotten worse and looks like it is about to fall in. We trusted this company as AC experts and not only did they fail us when it came to a complete install, but they have also failed us in terms of making the incomplete install right. This is distressing as all we wanted was for them to take accountability for their mistake and compensate us for the damages. We didnâ t want to leave a negative review, we didnâ t want to cancel our service plan with them, we didnâ t want to take them to court, but they are forcing our hand by not righting the situation. We understand that mistakes happen and if One Hour had stepped up to the plate and taken care of us, we would recommend them; however, because they have denied accountability and refused to offer compensation to correct the damage, we regret doing business with them from the start and do not recommend their services.

They do not cut corners and paid attention to every detail. They kept me in the loop throughout the process. They showed me how to work thermostat. They were pleasant and honest. I felt relieved after hiring them.

Zuber, was very professional and very nice. The original reason he came to our home was because we felt that the system was not cooling properly. He did a complete work over of our system and found that our system is old and needs to be replaced. At this time, we are going to assess all the information he gave us which was wonderful but also look around at different companies. I hope that. Zuber And one hour heating and air understands that I am a disabled veteran and on a set amount of money so I need to look around. Again, Zuber Was amazing and very forthcoming which we greatly appreciate. I have been using one hour hitting and air since 2017 and they have always been very professional, on time, and very polite.

The technician, Ace, was very professional and knowledgeable. Before he started my repairs, he thoroughly explained and completed the work. Since I work from home, he was also respectful by not making unnecessary background noises while preparing my AC. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.

Technician Jacorey listened to my explanation of the issues with our air conditioner and quickly found the problem and crafted a novel solution. I commend him for his good work.

The HVAC tech didnâ  t clear the furnace drain pain line. Although the tech didnâ  t clear the furnace drain line completely the AC kicked in at 10pm the same day the tech attempted to clear the furnace drain line. The AC ran for about 15 minutes. The room temperature last night was 81 degrees Fahrenheit. I prefer the room temperature to be about 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The cost so far has been $981.00. This price includes a maintenance service to clean the furnace drain line twice a year. The AC doesnâ  t run when the furnace drain pan is full of water. Installers are scheduled to come in and install a new external drain line. The existing one might be clogged up?

Our 10 yr old (builder grade) AC unit died yesterday, just weeks before we're to close on the sale of our house!! ð ¥´ Zuber was here first thing this morning. He inspected the whole system, inside & out. He took photos so he could show us what he was talking about. He listened when we told him we didn't want any extra enhancements. Zuber was courteous, informative, pleasant, and considerate of our property. His company priced components well below a local (much-advertised) competitor. I highly recommend Zuber and One Hour Air-conditioning & Heating.
