Customer services was terrible, was over charge for a diagnoses for a problem that there was not able to do, so hired someone else.

One Hour AC & H did a good job replacing my capacitor. Please read below for the facts: Dispatcher: Andrew Technician: Moemen Hussein - Kind, Prompt, Organized, and professional when I call for an appt. - Kept me informed of ETA. - Technician was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, honest. - Explained what the problem was. - Accurate to diagnose. - Repair was done in a timely manner. - I did not know what the cost expected range would be. - Average cost: parts: $10 - $50 (Retailer) - Average cost: (Parts & Labor): $80 - $200 (www reviews) - Actual Charge: $360 (After signing up for a year Maintenance Plan $15/mo) ($650 without the plan). Also they waved the visit fee ($99). From my view is somewhat overpriced, but I didn't have time to figure out what the problem was. I do understand that we pay for knowledge, warranty, etc. and respect and honor those. I am a professional also in another field and always claim to be respected, Would have been happier should they've told me something like this: Visit: ($99) as agreed at call time Parts $50 Labor, $200) (knowledge, labor, tools, time, truck, organization, etc.) (it took him 1 hour) Have not forced me into the plan This is not a complaint. It is a plain facts-based experience. The best: They got my AC back running. my house cool, and my budget unhurt.

Amazing work done by Giovanni Avila & James Sopa I'm so thankful they came out yesterday. We already went 2 weeks w/o ac in July, I didn't want to do that again.

Called to make an appointment for the 6 month servicing. They scheduled me for the same day and took care of it.

Emre did a fantastic job diagnosing and explaining the problem, and what's needed to resolve the problem.

James was ver polite and respectful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it within a short time.

The tech that came out today, Jacorey Bailey, he was Fantastic! Super nice and friendly. Very helpful in explaining things to me for better understanding and had my AC fixed quickly. After he got it fixed, he continued by cleaning outside AC unit, came inside and did all kind of checks to make sure everything was in working order. Great Customer Experience!

Customer service was excellent. Miquel, the service tech, explained everything he was doing and why.. I would hire them again.

Contacted them after another company quoted an outrageous price without even explaining the problem. One Hour AC and Heating explained every step of the process and gave me a fair price upfront.

Didn't want to have to replace the A/C. However, after 23 years, it was time. The first tech got us going for the night. The next day, crew came out and replaced everything. Up and running and staying cool!
