We were very impressed with Omega Animal Removal in Houston. We had several companies come out and give us proposals for getting rid up the rats in our attic. We chose Omega because they were one of the few companies that would clean the attic after, and spray to get rid of the bacteria and to make sure that new rats were not attracted to the area. They were also the only company that got on the roof during the inspection of the house. The 2 technicians that came to inspect and give the proposal were also the technicians that completed all the work (most companies sent one guy out to sell us on it and then others would come to do the work.) Omega did everything they promised, they were prompt, cheerful & courteous! Communication was great, it was easy to set up appointments, and they always returned phone calls quickly. It took about 2 weeks to complete the whole process and we are very HAPPY to now be rat free and they warranty the work!! :) We would definitely recommend using Omega Animal Removal in Houston and have already given their name out to friends.

We have not heard any animal activity in our ceilings or walls since the day they began the work one month ago. They monitored the situation periodically, always answered the phone when I called, and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I feel much better knowing that my home is secured against rodents. Their warranty is very good and I am very satisfied with their service.

I called Omega Animal Removal to take care of a rat problem in my house. Brad was the technician on the job who was extremely helpful and was able to get the entire process done in a timely manner. Brad explained how each step of the removal would work and guaranteed me that when he was done there would not be any more rats. For the quality of work, I paid a much lower price than other animal removal companies. Omega is so confident in their work that they provide a lifetime warranty! After observing the house and conditions they were able to block off all of the potential entry points into the attic. They also set traps in the attic and had a routine to come by and check the traps every 3-4 days. All this while we went on vacation. We did have a family member present to let them in but they always gave ample notice of arrival. I was very pleased by the final cleanup and condition my attic was left once the service was completed. I would use Omega again, but hopefully I will not need them.

Brad was an amazing help. From working with my schedule as needed, to being a true professional while being personable. We previously had a rat problem and resolved it a few years ago. But they came back, which is why we called omega. They were the fairest price and the only ones who offered a life time warranty. Which spoke volumes for their confidence in their work. I have already referred them to a friend and can't speak highly enough about their services.

They are very courteous and professional. Few days after I called someone came and inspected the attic and the house and gave a rough estimate. They worked around my schedule. Doug was very professional, he always called before coming to make sure the time is appropriate. I am very pleased with their service and they provide a life time warranty, cannot beat that! My Mom's house is next to a large, empty field and she constantly had some type of critters trying to enter her home and we believe something got in the attic! We kept hearing strange noises. I called Omega and they were very helpful and responsive. They clearly explained the entire process, answered all my questions, broke down the cost, and made me comfortable that they were the right team to do the job. They came out as scheduled (very punctual) to do a free estimate. They left the invoice at the house for us to look over. We decided that the price was reasonable based on the work; so we scheduled for the next week. They came out the following week as scheduled and started the process. After several visits of checking the traps, even having the owner or manager come out, they determined we had a raccoon!! They set traps, sealed all of the entry holes and got rid of the problem. The last step was to come out and treat the attic with sanitizer. A very nice extra touch. We were very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again if needed and highly refer them to others.

Well over all. Brad was very helpful and resolved our issue we had with squirrels. He discussed the process and time it would take. Kept in contact with us to see when we were available to check the traps. Was always on time and finish the project on time. Thanks Omega. Alex
