I had to insist that they complete the agreed upon work. Initially they only did about half of what was agreed upon.

I am extremely happy with the service OM Tree Service provided to remove a big oak tree from my yard. Their customer service is excellent and their price is pretty decent. Marty (I believe he is the owner of the company) does what he says. It was late in the evening when they removed my tree. And when we checked the next morning, we found a good size of the stump still there covered in mulch and dirt and we called Marty to address the issue. He said they would take care of it immediately and in less than two hours he came himself with his monster grinder and took care of the problem. He went above and beyond and relocated some of the mulch and leveled the ground. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Great work

I received bids from four companies to remove a ~30 black willow tree from my back yard. OM was tied for the cheapest. I chose them because they could come out the same week. They were very professional and clearly masters of their craft with all the tools and safety equipment to efficiently remove my tree. They were quick and cleaned up everything after. Tree removal isn t cheap, but I felt like I got a solid deal based on the quality of their work.

No call/no show four times. Showed up an hour and a half late on the day they actually did show up. Their guys were very unprofessional. They spent more time joking around than actually working. They also broke a birdhouse when they felled the tree and tried to hide it from us. Do not hire this company.

OM Tree Service made it possible for me to take care of a tree damaging my home. Other quotes were rather pricey for my pocket and OM was a great price and allowed me to pay in 2 payments if I needed to.
