After some difficulty dealing with their salesperson, a date was scheduled and the crew came out and did a professional job adjusting the piers. The cleanup went well and considering I did not pay them a dime, the work was done well. I can not speak on dealing with Olshan as far as having them do the work, but I can state that they have so far stood by their warranty for their work.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. The Supervisor explained what they were going to do and assured me I would be happy before they left. He was right. The only break they took was for their lunch. They were all professional and polite. It was a much better experience than I had ever imagined. I was so nervous before the job but so happy when they were finished.

Olshan gave me great service. They were prompt and came on time.

I had a good experience with them. I liked their knowledge and expertise. They were pretty detailed. They came here when they said they will be here. Their quote was pretty much in line with others.

They did a great job the entire way through. I want to give them excellent ratings.

Overall, the estimate was fine. I have not used them as we have not decided to do the work.

He was punctual and contacted me easily, but he was also abrasive and pushy. I didn't really appreciate how he was treating me as a customer.

We got three different estimates, and all three were quite different. I don’t know if Olshan Foundation Repair’s estimate was better or worse than the others. They came on time and everything looked reasonable. However, we wouldn’t be using them because we haven’t had any experience with them. We have decided to go with another company that had done work for us in the past.

They made a significant mess. They promised better clean up which they did not do. They did not replace the sod which they implied they would. The equipment was not working; this caused delays while the house was virtually unlivable. One day it rained and they did not show up they could worked inside filling holes they had jack hammered in the slab for the house. The next day they were working inside. It took two additional days that were not needed if they would have been more efficient at there work. They did give rebate and acknowledge their poor work.

They were just excellent to work with. They ended up damaging a sprinkler while they were here and called and irrigation specialist to fix the lines at their own cost. Wonderful!

We are most happy with the work they did for us. They backed it up with a ten year transferable warranty so I feel they stand by the jobs they do. They took care of all the cracks I had in the concrete outside. Due to the stone in the interior of our basement, they could not repair the inside but they still managed to stabilize our home from the outside. Their price was good since my bill was half what we were expecting it to be.

They really took their time and worked hard to complete the job in a great amount of time. They also answered all of my questions. They are a dependable and trustworthy company. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased with the service of this company.

They completed the work in less than three days with roofers working on the house at the same time. I am not very pleased as my foundation now has several cracks in it, I cant open two closet doors and cant close another one. I called them back twice now, they went under the front of the house and things still aren t working properly. I know I have lifetime warranty but they want to take a wall out to fix my foundation and I don t see that as necessary. I have to get them to come back out again as I am still not happy with my foundation and my closet doors still aren t working properly.

I felt that they thought I was lying. I did not like that. They tried to talk me out of having the work re-done. When they finally did re-do the work, they did a good job.

The men came and lifted my house and put about forty cable locks under it before setting it back down. They are very professional and efficient. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE SOMEONE WALKING INTO YOUR HOUSE AND INSULTING YOU. WHILE THE INDIVIDUAL WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. IT BEGAN WITH HOW HE HAD LIVED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 40 YEARS AGO AND DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL AND HOW HE HAD LEFT A SITE TWO DAYS EARLIER BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LIKE THE CUSTOMER. WHAT STARTED OUT AS WE CAN BUILD UP A SUPPORT BEAM, TURNED INTO INSULTS. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THE AC MAN ''DID IT AGAIN'' BY PUTTING THE DRAIN PIPE NEXT TO A PIER. I HAD TOLD HIM ORIGINALLY THAT THE DRAIN PIPE HAD AFFECTED THE PIER. AFTER LOOKING UNDER THE HOUSE, WHICH IS LOW TO THE GROUND, THE NEED TO REPAIR BECAME A MOOT POINT. HE ''WOULDN'T WASTE ANY MORE MONEY ON THE HOUSE'' AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THE ONLY WAY TO GET UNDER MY HOUSE WAS ''X''. I CORRECTED HIM, AT WHICH POINT HE BECAME MORE BELLIGERENT. HE SAID I COULD CALL HIM IN JULY ONCE THE HOT SEASON ROLLED AROUND AND THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP ME. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
