Honestly could not have found a better pool service crew to take care of my pool. Josue and his team are super reliable . They have excellent communication. They will answer my call at 9pm when I’m confused about my own equipment and guide me with care and patience . I recommend them to anyone who has a pool . They’re the best . 5 stars is not a good enough rating for this amazing company they definitely deserve more .

We have been having Oceanside Pool Services clean our pool for over 5 months and we are so thankful for them. As first time pool owners we didn’t know too much. They are always able to answer my questions whether it’s while they’re here or answering my calls on the weekends. They’re super reliable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!!

Josue is always responsive to calls and texts . He has sent email on how to protect my pool during the hard freeze in Houston. He also replied to my texts and showed me how to prevent damage to my pool . He came back to help me connect the hose to the faucet after the freeze because I had a hard time doing it. For me , this is above and beyond. I have already referred him to clients and friends and they’re all happy with his excellent service . Josue has a pleasant personality, very polite and professional. Highly recommended !

For a long time I resisted using a pool service because of prior experience where some teenager would show up to do basic cleaning, but they had little understanding of pool chemistry, they were semi-reliable (at best), and they had no concept of customer-oriented service professionalism. Josue and his Oceanside service are competent, detailed, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
