My husband and I would certainly recommend using them. He never tries to and quot;upselland quot; us and we appreciate that, especially because other A/C providers have tried in the past.

+ -1 moreThe lady that answered the phone, I guess she was the receptionist, was extremely nice. They were able to fit me in real quickly even though it wasn't an emergency. They were very punctual.
Description of Work: I used Oak Forest Heating & AC and the last time they did service for me was in October or November of last year. They did a maintenance service and cleaning of my heating unit.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED A/C REPAIR SHOP. THEY CAME ON SHORT NOTICE AND AFTER HOURS. HE'S A VERY NICE MAN AND DID A GREAT JOB OF REPAIRING OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.
