Have used these guys twice now. Always prompt and get the job done quickly. When I need plumbing work done again Iâ  ll call them again.

The installation of my kitchen faucet was completed promptly and correctly. Adam the plumber was easy to work with and was pleasant and very nice. There was a small time delay before his arrival for which he apologized sincerely. Iâ m sure he was delayed by his previous appointment.

Service technician was professional, friendly, efficient, and answered my many questions.

This was my first experience with Nickâ  s being new to the Houston area. Jarrod Johnson was dispatched to come solve my problem and did an amazing job. He was super friendly,, provided excellent service, explained thoroughly everything that was wrong and needed to be done, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Will be calling for my next plumbing problem, and requesting him by name. I must say that the whole experience was great from the time I called where Jose was extremely helpful to get me a same day appointment to the closeout. Highly recommend.

Don was incredibly responsive. Came by same day for quote. Very competitive. Next day for installation with Adam. Both had a positive attitude for an extremely difficult job. Faced several unforeseen hurdles and pushed through. On a Saturday! Will only call Nickâ  s in the future.

Great service, I determined a leaking water line coming into my house yesterday evening and called and was able to get an appoint booked for first thing the following morning. Very pleased with the quick response

The plumber that did the repair, Don Babin was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found the leak and quickly diagnosed the repair. I would recommend Nicks to anyone. Great service!

They replaced a PVC pipe with a copper one on a point of pressure where the previous one broke. But the simply shifted the problem 3 inches down. I complained to the plumber, and he acknowledged that was a problem. But he said that for now it would be fine. Now I will have to fix it properly. On top of that they did not show up on time during the scheduled 2-hour window. I had to call them. They gave me another window later and they still did not make it. To make matters worse I had to run a quick errand during a time I was not available and, before I could get back ,they called me and said they had to leave for an emergency call. Extremely bad service. When I complained, the manager said they completed the job.

I could not get hold of Plummer that came out for the estimate to schedule time to do the job. I left 4 messages with this company over a period of 3 days. I was told that I would get a callback. I finally told his supervisor on the third day that I had to move forward with hiring another Plummer. I was charged 49 dollars for the estimate with the agreement that it would get credited towards the work. Since I had to hire another company I basically lost my money.

I had an issue with the company, they refused to give a quote for anything, are overpriced, did not clean tub after. Good thing drain is open now.
