Nick's does a great job at communicating. (e.g. timely return of phone calls) and they use multiple channels such as text, phone email, to advise or confirm the appointment. The guys arrived on time and were as professional as any subcontractor I have used in the past. Would definitely use them again.

I was incorrectly charged to pick up parts five minutes away from my home. I understand paying for the labor, and I understand paying for the parts. But to drive down the street for almost $150 is completely unacceptable, and I will never do business here. I should have at least had the option to do that myself and not get overcharged.

We called Nick's Residential Service Plumbing Inc. after our double basin kitchen sink with garbage disposal & dishwasher backed up in both basins. His company came highly recommended. When we turned the garbage disposal on the water was filling up on the other basin of the sink. Nick came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. We needed our pipes cleaned from the kitchen cleanout 2-inch PVC pipes to the main 4-inch PVC pipes. We agreed on the price & he got to work right away. The job took about an hour & the issue was resolved. We are the original owners & have not had our pipes cleaned in 20 years. The quote was for up to a 75-foot machine & a One-year clog-free warranty. He was friendly & knowledgeable. His pricing was better than the pricing we received from other larger plumbing companies. I would highly recommend Nick's Residential Service Plumbing Inc. Thank you, Nick! You are now my go-to plumber if I have any additional plumbing needs.

Josh Jackson, the technician - plumber was excellent. He was very patient to explain how things work and answered all of my questions. He was thorough and efficient. When he completed the job he left the environment as clean as it was before he arrived. When I thanked him for this he said, â itâ s part of the jobâ he was very professional and courteous. I appreciate that he also completed the job ahead of my goal completion time.

I paid $350 to have a gas valve replaced. They took about 30 minutes. Charged me $185 for the valve that cost about $10. $180 for labor. The real kicker is the $149 to relight water heater. Took me less than 5 minutes!! Plumbers, electricians, and mechanics, they get what they want. We are at their mercy.

Neil our technician was informative about the required installation time for the repair part and on other questions regarding our tankless hot water heater. Furthermore he answer questions and looked at another plumbing issue. This is a good company and I will use them again.

Old Price Pfister shower Faucet leaks now more than before. Advise not to use for faucet repair. The plumber wants the job to replace the whole valve assembly for$ 1000s instead of repairing it for $100s. The man was capable but not careful as I would have preferred. The valve was broken but I wish I had completed the repair myself I am afraid. You do not always get what you pay for.

The technician, Jerrod, was so professional, highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took care of a big block in below ground plumbing outside all in less than 30 minutes!
