Since I had to shut my water completely, I needed a plumber right away. Nick provided that service. They diagnosed the problem, and did the repair white it was raining. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I called Nick's Plumbing because I was getting a code on my water heater to replace the heating elements. When I made the appointment, I gave the person on the phone the Brand, Model # and even the Serial #. When the repair person came to my home, we were told that Nick's Plumbing doesn't carry parts for a Whirlpool water heater. So why did they come to my house, if they don't carry the parts? It was to sell me a new water heater and waste our time. I found out that the elements for water heaters are universal and could be purchased at Lowes and Home Depot. The Plumber tried to charge us a fee for coming to the house, we made it clear we weren't paying for not coming to repair the water heater. I would beware of having Nick's Plumbing come to your home for repairs, you may have to unnecessarily buy something new.

Regularly use them to clear a consistent blockage (not their fault; old home/plumbing). The gentleman that comes is always polite, professional and informative; he even gives tips on how to hold off blockage for a while. Will continue to use their services.

Was overall pleased with the work done. We ended having to do some additional repairs that were not expected though, so the work drug on a little longer than expected. The only real complaint we had though is that we had trash/concrete sitting outside our house until all the work was complete.

The crew was very professional. Provided pictures of area where the problem needed fixing. They had to cut a hole in wall behind tub to fix drain problem but left everything cleaned up. Would recommend.

There was an easy fix to my problem that would have been free and the plumber didn't try it first. Instead he tried a part that cost $110. Then when it didn't work, he tried the free option. Also, I had to wait a week to have it fixed but it could have been fixed on the first visit.

They provided 3 estimates for different approaches to this project which was really helpful. Good customer service.
