I initially had some issues with scheduling, but the next day Willie came out to give a quote. He did a great job walking into a situation where someone is already unhappy. He explained things well, and went the extra mile to compensate for the scheduling issue. Iâ  m also in sales, and I complimented him in his handling of things. All things went well, and now there will be hot water on a cold morning...

They sent a picture of the technician before he arrived. Eric was on time, as arranged, wore foot coverings in the house, and was very pleasant. His work was done very well and correctly. Nick s Plumbing was recommended to us by another contractor that we trust, who said he has used Nick s Plumbing in his own home and trusts them completely. We recommend him now as well. He replaced the insides of our Kohler faucets and checked to make sure there were no leaks before he left. We wanted to keep the handles and spout, so he used a Kohler retrofit kit. We re very pleased with Eric s work!

Really great service! I appreciate that Nick's, prior to the servicing, sends a photo of the plumber who comes to your home. My phone contact with the office was easy. The plumber, Eugenio, was knowledgeable, quick but not rushed, helpful and on-time. Highly recommended!

Great knowledgeable service. Took the time required to figure out defect and helped me with a warranty claim. I would definitely use them again.

A long and deep trench had to be dug in our yard to replace pipes going away from the house. The soil was dense and dry. The workers dug long hours to get the job done. Once done they put everything back very neatly and left no evidence the yard had been trenched. We were very pleased with their hard work and how the plumbing worked.

I had such a good experience with them. I needed a plumber, quick, and they sent someone immediately. I have an old house with old, hard-to-find parts and he was able to quickly find the part I needed. He reassured me when I was panicked and he fixed the problem. 👍 My plumber was very capable and professional and I told him that he was my new plumber!

The first thing to do is to confirm your meeting time with the service provider to ensure you are on the schedule even though you would assume that gets communicated through the app. I called on the day of my appointment when I hadn’t received any communication 30 minutes into my appointment window. Immediately I was added to the schedule and within an hour I received a visit from a technician/specialist. He (Leo) was able to answer all of my questions about pricing and the equipment, and I felt a lot more knowledgeable about insinkerators after the visit. I feel comfortable with utilizing Nick’s for any future endeavors.

Nick's Plumbing is one of, if not the best ever to work with. Their customer service unbelievable! Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wish all companies would take a lesson from Nick's Plumbing on how to treat their customers. There isn't a single thing I could say negative about this company or their employees. They are fantastic in all areas.

Eugene arrived on time and was very professional. He explained why our own efforts to unclog the drain did not work and was able to unclog a persistent clog quickly. He was very personable and I really appreciated his explanation and his attitude of wanting to give me the best service possible. He is a terrific representative for Nick s plumbing! The technician, William, was punctual, efficient and knew what he was doing. Our garbage disposal went out and was leaking. He immediately determined the problem and gave us options. He did the work right then and in less than an hour he had replaced two pipes and the disposal. Highly recommended.

I have used these people many times for various things. When my long time plumber retired he recommended Nickâ s. That, to me, says a a lot about Nickâ s work as my old plumber was a stickler for everything being done just right.

They replaced my old water pipes, one toilet, and a hot water heater. They did these in 2 days and were very courteous and professional. I would use them again.
