I was able to communicate with Nick’s to determine the best options for getting my toilets installed including the cost of buying them myself and the cost of getting them to my house for installation. Of course both were cheaper for me to do myself, and I am glad that was communicated. Once my time slot was set, I received communication the day prior to remind me of the appointment, and I received communication on the day of the appointment when the technician was on his way along with his name. Herbie arrived and began to go to work. He mentioned potential issues that could arise and said he would let me know as he was working. There was an issue with one of the pieces to which the toilet on the second floor was to be attached. He then transitioned to work on the upstairs toilet and was able to install that one without any issue. He then departed to pick up the piece he needed, returned and finished installing the toilet. He ended up staying longer than was intended, but he made sure he completed the job in a quality fashion. This was my second time using Nick’s for plumbing services, and this is the second time I have been pleased with their service.

Mr.Fernando Coello and his team are very pleasant and prompt, very professional and efficient. They did great job to replace my old water pipe with new water pipes for the whole house!

Plumber arrived as scheduled. Fixed the problem and had suggestions to prevent a re-occurrence. Very satisfied with service and price. Edwardo is my hero.

William Blankenship from Nick's Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Not only did he arrive early and was able to figure out the issue with my water heater immediately, he agreed to get on a conference call with my warranty company to ensure I got reimbursed for at least some of the costs. William was patient and personable the whole time and finished the job very quickly.

Eric and John from Nickâ s Plumbing provided the most phenomenal service I have ever received. At 5:00 p.m. on Fri I discovered water flowing from an extra large 50 gal water heater that was 20 yr. By 6:30, Eric and John arrived, diagnosed and showed me the problem, brought in a new water heater, and worked until 10:30 p.m. to install it. A BIG THANKS to these miracle men! I will never use another plumber.
