This is the second time I have used Nickâ  s Plumbing and both times have convinced me that I would go nowhere else for any plumbing needs. Great customer service at very reasonable rates.

The technician installed a new garbage disposer and did it in a professional and timely manner.

I called Nickâ s Plumbing for a second estimate to replace a hose bib (spigot) that was leaking. The first plumber was from a company with whom I have a maintenance plan but he quoted me a repair cost that I thought was extremely unreasonable. In doing more research, his quote was more than 3 times the normal cost to replace a hose bib. Iâ m not exaggerating. When I called Nickâ s Plumbing for a ball park estimate, it was within the amount I had researched, and they were able to come the next morning. Eugenio, was prompt, informative and very helpful. He quoted me the price that I expected and also informed me about the anti-siphon hose bib. Another bonus is their coupons do not expire and I was able to use one for this repair.

Nick's Plumbing had to repair a 40 ft. pipe that was 90 years old. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

Knowledgeable team who worked and experienced with the Rinnai unit I had. Although they pride themselves on timeliness, they were a bit late, however the quality of work and helpfulness far outweighed the tardiness. Would hire them again.

I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system. It was about 2½ times more expensive to put in a tankless system. The 40 gallon water heater was in our attic. The thought of a leak in tank, and the possibility of 40 gallons drenching the house - and the continued water supply trying to fill the leaking tank - was the 1st thought that came to mind. I'm looking towards retirement soon with no regular paycheck to replace a water heater. I asked myself "if I'm going to replace a water heater in the next 2 to 5 years, isn't NOW the time to do it?" We are planning to retire in our current home. The tankless system seemed to make sense for us now and into the next 10 to 20 years. I plan to have THIS hot water system regularly serviced so that we get more than 12 years use out of it. David and Jorge got all the parts and materials to replace the old water heater with the new tankless system. This included replacing the roof vent - tankless requires something different than a tank. I was home when they initially arrived and when we negotiated the replacement. I had to leave for work but my wife was there while they worked. She said they departed about 4 pm so it was an all - day job. Nobody replaces their water heater on a whim. Something bad has to happen - like a leak or no hot water. I got lucky. I replaced my hot water heater by talking to an experienced plumber about annoying issues. Eric (technician) was great and courteous- very helpful! Nicks always does what they say they will do/ punctual and quality service!

Willie & Koby were helpful, courteous & funny! They tackled the problem head on & cleaned up after themselves - including cleaning our bathroom.

First, they did a fast job putting in a valve to stop water to a leaking filter. Second, they provided estimates for other work needing to be done. And third, they wore PPE (masks) to protect a "mature" lady with lung problems. Now I am not so worried about having the rest of the work done. Mr. Blankenship and his assistant (to whom I apologize for missing his name) did a great job!!

They fixed a leak under my kitchen sink and replaced a toilet and did a great job on both. I was impressed with their professionalism and the great customer service. They called when they were on the way and even called when they were running late. I would use the again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I would like to let those of you shopping for a plumber to know that this is a top quality professional plumbing company. Mr. William Blankenship arrived promptly looked over the situation in the wall, discussed options and showed me diagrams of each option and make sure that I was well informed of the products and the services involved. For this project, I received an honest evaluation of the problem and clear descriptions of alternative solutions, and the plumber who provided the service was courteous and accommodating. The new plumbing looks neat and professional, and the plumber took care to minimize the amount of sheetrock cut. The services were expensive, but the quality of work and the level of customer service were excellent.

Very pleased - would definitely recommend them.

They did not make it to their first appointment and had to reschedule. But the got here the next day, and gave me $50 off because of that. Once they got here, the work was good.

Eduardo was so professional (but friendly as well) - he was masked, and put on shoe covers while in the home. Completed the repair quickly, but thoroughly, and reviewed its operation with me upon completion. The entire experience from appointment, to arrival, to completion and departure, was exceptional!
