I'm more than satisfied with how everything went. Our tech guy was John Rodriguez and he had a helper (i dont remember his name, sorry) John was very genuine and honest with the services that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it. I would definitely use Nick's Plumbing again and I'll make sure to recommend them to everyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you guys so much!!

They called this morning and was able to fit me in for a 9am-11am appt. Joe was here by 9:30am and cleaned the drain and was done by 11am.

Nick’s responded very quick to my request and took care of my issue. They also made other recommendations to help prevent major issues and specified the upgrades that are required to make my HVAC system optimal.

Job was done right but severely overcharged for parts needed. $20 in parts at Home Depot vs $135 upcharge for 2 water supply lines. Was told if they waited for me to go to the store and return, I would be charged $89 to come back. I still would've came out better but time was the issue with guests arriving soon.

Met up with Josh from Nick's plumbing to address a natural gas line leak I found about 8 inches below grade on the house side of our gas meter. Within one minute of looking at the pipe, he immediately said it could not be repaired per code, took a few photos, and sent out a quote for nearly $3,500 to replace all 25 feet of the underground gas line going to an outdoor fireplace. Dirt only, no concrete to go through. Said he would also need to demo part of the fireplace to fully replace the piping (and the cost didn't include the repair to the fireplace stucco). Charged $45 for the house call and quote. Turns out he was completely wrong. A galvanized metal union fitting had corroded, but the rest of the piping was completely intact and to code with the correct riser, locating wire, etc (and the proof was even in the photos he took). Cost less than $10 and 15 minutes for the actual repair.

Nicks plumbing was great! The company was very responsive and Valton, the technician, was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Our circumstances were that our AC repairman discovered loose gas line pipes and fittings in our attic at the heater connection that were leaking. I would definitely use Nick’s again. I’m grateful to Angi’s list that we found them.

Installed subpar toilet brand that would not flush fecal matter without repeated flushes for $518.00. I looked up reviews for that brand and found numerous complaints similar to mine. Have used Nick's Plumbing for years with consistently good service. Their repair/installation people are excellent. I trusted them to install a good toilet-nothing fancy ( I assumed they would install one that flushed #2s well). After research, I found a good brand and John said they would order and install it for an additional $360.00 (so for nearly $900.00, I would then have one good working toilet). Will change plumbers. Lesson learned; research products-don't just trust they will do the right thing. My stepson came from out of town and replaced their toilet with an American Standard brand which cost $130.00. It works fantastic.

Michael and his crew did a excellent job. I had two leaks in my dining room on Super Bowl Sunday no less.Michael came over probably 45 minutes later He assessed the situation, and began opening the ceiling, a few minutes later he found the source of the leaks. He talked to my wife, and I about re- piping the entire house, gave the full price up front, answered all the questions we had about the job, we signed the agreement, gave our down payment, he and his crew were at our house the next day with all of the supplies and tools ready to go, The job took 6 days, and in the middle of it all Mike brought to our attention that our water heater was failing. This is a water heater we purchased 4 years ago. After doing a little research on the water heater,Mike found that the unit only had a three year warranty, when it was supposed to be 6 years. Any way he ordered us a new unit, then voluntarily removed the old unit from our attic, set the new water heater up in our garage,and hauled off the old unit, he even got us a discount on the new water heater. Mike, and his team were awesome.They were courteous, professional, and quick. I will definitely hire Mike and team again for any future plumbing problems, although we won't need the for a long while. So call and ask for Michael, sorry i don't have his last name, but he works out of the Katy area. Thanks again to Mike, and his team for doing an awesome job.

Very professional and friendly. Allowed me to look at camera while they ran the scope through the pipes to show me problems. Easy to work with.

Excellent! Very safe! Luis and Josue were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I have small children and before they show up to my house the company send me pictures of the staff they were sending to work inside my house. Very safe feature. I will recommend and hire again these guys from Nick’s plumbing.

The repair men showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very thorough.

This is the third time I used Nick's Plumbing. I first got them from Angie's list and because they are so good at what they do; I have used their company three times now. This time I think everything has been taken care of. By the way, I needed their help for three different jobs. I call them to set up the appointment and they came the same day in the afternoon. I give them an A+. Thanks again guys for helping me with my project.

Nick's Plumbing was three hours late, pretended to diagnose a simple job, and quoted a price $600 more than competing providers. If you want to be inconvenienced, ripped off, and misled, these are your guys. Otherwise, choose someone else, anyone else.

Joshua Baker was such a professional and I have some more projects that I plan to use them again.I recommend Nick's Plumbing to everyone. Joshua was punctual, he knew what he was doing and he did not try to overcharge me. Great customer service. You can not help but to respect a company like this one.
