Sven was excellent, very professional, polite, and efficient. José, the scheduler, had told me 3:00 for the appointment, not a 2 Hour window, so not Sven’s fault for the markdown on punctuality.

Leo did a great job adapting to the issues we had with older fixtures. He was friendly and honest about the work that needed to be done and the possible approaches. The appointment was delayed a few times since our work unluckily coincided with the big freeze, but when they did make it they worked efficiently. They came back to complete the shower faucet repair at no extra charge, which I appreciated.

Fast. Discovered hot water flowing from leak, so suggested I have them return to troubleshoot.

Very well. He gave me a quote tp replace the main sewer line and he was twice as expensive as other quotes.

They brought out the wrong water heater. Installed the wrong pan that was too small for the water heater. They were very high priced. A month after the installation the new piping leaked and caused my ceiling to cave in. I had to pay over $1,000 for repairs.They were the worst the company I ever used.

Repair went as expected. Nick's plumbing appeared a bit pricey. Toilet works as needed.

The service person, Sven, was prompt, courteous and professional.

Tech arrived as promised, work completed professionally. Would absolutely use Nick's again.

It went very good. Although the water heater was still producing hot water - it was nearing the end of its life. A couple of options was discussed re the water filtration system - I decided to move ahead with the Yaia system tied only to the kitchen sink. The fawcett in the kitchen sink was corroded (hard water damage). Since the house was going on the market for sale I decided to replace the fawcett unit. I decided to purchase it myself - Lowes offered a sink and fawcett unit at a competitive price so I replaced sink and fawcett.

Zach came out to fix a clogged shower drain. He snaked the upstairs drain and had us up and running again quickly. The cost was higher than I had hoped/expected, but I can't really say that it was out of line since we've not had this problem before. We won't hesitate to call Nick's again should we need a plumber.

We had three plumbing companies come out to give us an estimate. All of the companies were highly regarded on this website. Nick's plumbing gave us a quote that was $4000 more than the others we received. They also misrepresented the severity of the situation and peripheral work that needed to be done. Price check them before you hire.

It went very well, David Guerra and his assistant were so professional and courteous. They came on time and fixed our problem and were very nice to our dog. I would highly recommend them

John, did a good job finding the leak in the attic. He had to find it underneath a lot of insulation while working in a very hot and small area. He gave an estimate prior to repair that was acceptable and completed the job in less the 2 hours.

They were very good. I have recommended them to people. There was one worker. The work took one day. They did very well. I can't make any recommendations. I think they did everything well.

The technician did an outstanding job, whatever mess they may have made was cleaned up with no discernible trace they had even been there.

It was really great. The person that came was really very nice. I think it was expensive from memory. I think he did what he needed to do. They were quick. They came the when they said they were going to come. I would probably use them again. I think it was a reasonable time to finish. I think they left it very clean.

I have had 10 different plumbers out to our 1978 home since 2004 for a variety of services. This latest incident was due to a sewer back up that occurred March 10, 2017. The eventual outcome was we hired Nick's Plumbing to replace our 39 year old sewer line that ran under our pool decking and under a favorite tree with a brand new sewer line. We are DELIGHTED with the work Ron at Nick's Plumbing did and the cost. I received a follow-up call days after the work completed from Ron and am happy to report all is well. We plan to use Nick's Plumbing for non-emergency work in the future. Details: Ron was the most professional in his assessment of the work to be done, and gratefully, also turned out to be the best priced. He did run later than expected on the first appointment to provide an estimate of work but this was the only hitch in this process. For the estimate of work he came in a Nick's Plumbing marked truck, introduced himself and gave the estimate based on a camera inspection of the line. He shared what he saw through the camera. There was no charge for the estimate. He gave me a written estimate of the work on the spot and sent an email containing the estimate. He answered my questions patiently and in a way that helped me understand the issue and process. After three other companies with bids ranging from $3100 for a "probably will fix the issue" to $17,000.00 (yes, seventeen thousand) for a new line, we decided Nick's Plumbing was our choice. On top of the best professional presentation, Nick's Plumbing was the best price. We were able to get on the schedule only a few days after our decision. I feel fortunate the timing AND weather worked out so well for us. The crew were exactly on time the scheduled day. Ron got the digging crew clear on where in our back yard the line would go. The new trench was dug by hand which was absolutely necessary. Had they used a trencher there would have been disaster due to the gas and neighborhood main trunk ATT lines. Heavy tree trunk roots were also dug under as we were keen on keeping our trees. The trench took a full very long day for them to complete. The next day Ron and Nathan were out and installed the new line using the industry standard of Schedule 40 PVC. He cut us over to the new sewer and left the trench open for the inspector. The inspector was out the next morning and approved the work without any issues. The fill crew came back that afternoon and returned the soil to the trench, watering it heavily to assure it packed down around the new line. The yard actually looks very close to what it did prior to the work. More details I learned: By the time I decided to call Nick's Plumbing for an estimate based on reviews on Angie's List, I had had 2 other estimates, 2 more coming and had 2 plumbing companies say they would come give a bid that never showed up or called back to schedule. The back up happened on a Friday evening (of course). On that disastrous Friday I did not know about Nick's Plumbing. I called 3 plumbers that I had used in the past. None of them replied so we called Roto-Rooter and they came to the house about 30 minutes after being called, unclogged the pipe for $325, recommended a new sewer line and I bought a separate water restoration package from another technician who came separately from the man who unclogged the line. Being unfamiliar with the costs, we were in some shock at the sewer line replacement estimate along with the cost of water restoration. Once your sewer is working you HAVE TIME TO GET ESTIMATES. After having so many estimates I learned the following. Roto-Rooter was close to a good bid. They definitely were quick to help in crisis but they said the bid was good for only 7 days :-( . Per our inspector, only master or journeyman plumbers should be making the bid. That did not happen with 2 companies. They sent apprentices. Ron saw things to address the plumber apprentices did not see. Check out licenses on the Texas site for Plumbing Examiners. Beware of anyone saying they will use a trenching machine rather than hand dig. if you have an old home you never know what lines are hidden in the ground. Even doing their best to avoid lines, the trenchers cut OUR black ATT cable disabling our internet and landline phone. It was the same color as the yard dirt and was very easy to hit due to the plantings and its location in the back yard. I was home so I found this out myself and called ATT. ATT came next day for a temporary line install and we survived just fine. If you are not going to be around when these guys work you may not know how strenuous this kind of work is. Best of luck to you if you have this kind of disaster.

They were on time and very polite. They explained everything that they were doing, and felt comfortable having them into our house. They even took care to put on booties so not to mess up our carpeting.

Work was work and the gentleman was excellent

They were supposed to come out and snake a toilet for me. They never showed up and I ended up calling another company. When you call them on the phone, it's usually the same lady and she's not very nice. About four years ago the service got bad and the prices got high. I think they sold it to this guy. It's sad because it's a neighborhood business. They were unresponsive when I tried to call them to find out where they were. I would not use them in the future.
