Description of Work: the plumber came out to clear a sewer drain line. He said there was a lot if grease in the drain, which i doubt as we know better than to dispose of cooking grease in that way. Based on that he would not warrant the work over one day. disappointing.

Description of Work: I gave this company my credit card information and authorization to charge my credit card for 25% of the estimated cost. I NEVER authorized this company to put the total cost on my credit card. I kept asking them to send me a bill which they never did. Then one day I was shopping and my credit card was denied. I called the credit card company and discovered that Nicks Plumbing had charged $3500.00 to my card without my approval. I will never deal with them again, and I will never recommend them again. They are very unprofessional and their business office is incompetent.

Description of Work: We had a toilet that was leaking and needed a waste pipe fixed. They performed the job, but do not ask them to do anything without a price. The plumber had removed our toilet to fix the pipe and instead of having that toilet put back I asked to have a new one that i purchased put on. I figured what did it matter what toilet went on to finish the job. $150.00 later to put the new toilet on I found out. He never mentioned the charged and just stood in my driveway not speaking until I payed him. Be careful!

Description of Work: My upstairs shower was leaking downstairs into my living area. I received an estimate on Tuesday and the work was completed on Thursday. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, clean and neat. I've had a lot of construction done inside my home and this company is the best I've had.

Description of Work: Excellent service. We had a leak at the meter, but city would not come out to check. I explained the situation and they jumped right on it. He was able to determine why I had low water pressure (not due to the leak) and identified that problems on city side of neighbor's meter. Didn't have to ask, he automatically put in precautions to avoid tripping hazard while waiting on city. Great job!!
