 + -1 moreI contacted New Roots Landscaping to schedule a consultation. I received notification to confirm service consultation two weeks later. On the day of, no one showed up. I contacted the company and although they received my confirmation of the date and time, no one scheduled this. They were unable to accommodate me for another week. When customer service messes up, I would expect them to work harder to accommodate and maintain business.

 + 0 moreJim is a great guy, very professional easy to work with but he has trouble get back with you and scheduling. Contacting him was difficult at times.It is understandable being a individually run business. He has great ideas of what plants to use. Work is professional and he makes sure you are totally happy with the job.
Description of Work: A year ago we had them rework our landscaping and mulch all our beds. They also did some work on our front lawn where we had a hole from a tree that had been removed many years ago. Also mulched the whole front yard. This year we got a quote for reworking our front and back yard where the web worms destroyed our yard. Their bid came in much higher than the other three bids. We also had a neighbor get a bid and we were going to use the same landscaper to do both yards. They would not give us a discount to do both yards.

New Roots Landscaping offers the following services: Besides offering in-depth consultations for estimates, New Roots designs and installs landscapes and hardscapes, including, but not limited to, ornamentals, fruits, and vegetables; ponds; water falls; water fountains; arbors; trellises; planter boxes; stone patios; stone walkways; stone walls; and gravel. We also offer periodic landscape maintenance, especially for shrubs and vines.
New Roots does not offer regular lawn maintenance, landscape lighting design and installation, irrigation system installation, or tree trimming, although we work closely with Ornales Sprinkler Systems and Trees Plus.
