Glenn was my driver and he had the utmost professionalism of any mover I have worked with prior to this move. Ive moved 8 times and have seen lots of things happen. He was prompt and payed attention to detail. He was very informative and kept to his schedule that was shared with me before the move even began. He kept his crew on schedule and watched over them, you could tell that they had a ton of respect for Glenn. If I were to move again I would not hesitate to hire NN Texas Moving services again.

They came at 9am and they were finished before noon. They were really professional and really fast. I have moved three times in the last five years and they were the best.

Having moved many times both domestically and internationally they were the worst we have ever had. Upon watching them pack the first truck I immediately knew that they were not going to make it all in one trip, which should have been no problem. They did not use their vertical space, so only about half the truck was actually used. Upon unpacking they tried very hard (one employee in particular) to not listen to where I wanted things put. Since I have done this lots, I have an easy to understand system and they were more interested in being done then being done right. In addition their bosses never told them we had a portable hot tub and did not bring the right equipment with them. Said if we did not provide the equipment they would just leave it in the garage. Finally after standing firm and talking to their boss they completed the job. Because of the poor packing skills, took at least an hour longer than it should have. On the good side they did not break anything and they gave us free boxes. Overall not a wonderful experience, but could have been much worse.
