I called and scheduled an appointment on Saturday August 23rd between 10 am to 2:00 pm, but nobody showed up or called to cancel the appointment, I tried to call their office but it was closed on weekends, Update: they have called me and apologized, it seems there was mistake and they scheduled the appointment on 30th by mistake. very professional and friendly staff, they gave me a free service because of their mistake.

We purchased a One-Time Pest Control Service with a 60-Day Guarantee as part of an Angie's List Deal for $89. Nature's Pest Solutions** promptly reached out via the Angie's List messaging system, and we scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. Unfortunately Nature's Pest Solutions did not show up for my 5-7pm window on the date scheduled. I sent a message via the messaging system asking for someone to contact me once the technician was on his way, but I never heard back. I received a call the next morning, and after some consideration and (eventually) an apology, we re-scheduled the appointment for a couple days later. The owner/manager was ultimately very apologetic and accommodating for the re-schedule, and in consideration offered a free mosquito treatment for our front and back yards. On the day of the (second) appointment, the technician was on time. He was very courteous and efficient but did not seem rushed. He was also aware of the offered mosquito treatment, performed that service as well, and knew that was a service with no charge. All told on the day of service, Nature's Pest Solutions seem to have done a very good job, and we have seen positive results. I downgraded the ratings solely based on the no-show appointment, which -- during the work week and requiring me to leave work early in order to make the appointment -- was a pretty unfortunate experience. After this misstep however they did their very best to make it up to us, both with the offer of a free service as well as performing a very good job once here. i would use them again and recommend them to others. **I note the name of this company when the Service was purchased and performed was "Nature's Pest Solutions"; the name appears to have recently changed to "Natran Green Pest Control." Not sure of the reason or significance of this change, but thought it was worth noting here.

Nature's Pest Solutions has been very professional in all contact including phone, service calls, estimates, and installation of the mosquito system. They are good about letting you know when they'll be arriving. Any time I've talked to them on the phone they've been very professional and have made sure all my questions are answered. Since we had the mosquito system installed the yard has been great - hardly a mosquito bite!

The service they provided went well. We've been using this company for about two years now and have been very pleased with the guys who have came out. They seem very knowledgeable in their area and have went over and beyond to make sure the services have went well. Nick has came out to our home numerous times and even stopping by today ( it wasn't on his schedule, thanks Nick!) to make sure the pump and nozzles were all working correctly. Each time Nick or one of the other guys came out they have always fogged our yard and took their time making sure all the spraying was complete inside our home and outside. Tanya is great with scheduling and working things out in the best way for the client. I appreciate the way she handles her job with professionalism and really just makes it happen! Great company with friendly, helpful and professional employees. I will continue to use them and would have no problem referring to friends.

I called Natures Pest because they use green products. I have 3 small dogs & worry about poisons. The technician came out. He was on time and courteous. After walking around the outside of my house he told me he couldn't do any thing about the rat problem until I sealed up all the ways they could be entering the house (minor caulking). Okay fine. I hadn't seen any in the house, just the yard. My main problem was the roaches. He sprayed & put something ( some kind of gel or paste maybe) around the inside of the house & sprayed around the house foundation. Then he came in and talked me into signing up for service every 2 months. For the first few days I had a few dead roaches. But then the roaches came back. NP has been out 3 times now & I cannot see any difference in my roach population. I told the technician this when he was out a couple of weeks ago & he said he would add more around the weep holes. Still, I have roaches. I am just throwing money down the drain, so will be canceling my service.

I didn't realize that the noises I heard at night were from my attic, not the roof. Once inspected it was determined that it was a mouse or rat, not a squirrel. Traps have been laid. Now we wait. Very professional. Very efficient.

They come once a month and they guarantee the service to last a month. If it does not and the mosquitoes reappear, they will come back and re-spray at no additional charge. Sometimes we have heavy rains and it interferes with the effectiveness, but otherwise, it's excellent. We have very good results and we've resubscribed for a second year. It's an all natural product and it's not dangerous to pets or people. Their price is very reasonable for the service they provide.

First visit of treatment wasn't as effective as expected, so Nature's Pest gladly set a follow-up appointment for a re-treatment. We have been virtually mosquito-free since then. Nature's Pest will treat monthly. This company is very conscientious in providing good customer service and satisfaction. The staff is very courteous and professional in conducting their business. I highly recommend Natures Pest Solutions. Be sure to not confuse this company with another company named Nature's Own Pest Control. Book your services with Natures Pest Solutions and you should be very satisfied.

They are really good. We have a contract with them for mosquito control and stuff like that. They are really responsive and very friendly. They use green products. They are local and just a nice company.

Nick, our service man, was outstanding in the way he diagnosed the problem, and offered a sensible solution. Nick was professional in every way - polite, courteous, well-informed. Couldn't ask for more. It was our first Angie's List experience and we are more than happy.

We had very mixed experiences with this company. I contacted them a year ago to come to our house monthly to spray for bugs. For the first few months, they came out right on time and were very professional and thorough. Then we decided we wanted a mosquito misting system, and asked them to send someone out to give us an estimate. No one showed up, so we called back and set up another appointment. No one showed up again. The next time they came out to spray for bugs, I complained to the bug spray guy about the two missed appointments. He called the office and let them know how upset I was. Some one from the office called me the next day and set up a third appointment. This time someone came, and gave me an estimate. We set up a date for them to come out and install the system. The installation went very well. The two guys who installed the system were cordial, professional, and they did an excellent job. The mister works great, and we have hardly seen a mosquito in our back yard since. We installed an automatic gate in our driveway in March. I have been giving the code to our yard men and other contractors who need access to our back yard. It wasn't until after the scheduled pest control spray in May that we realized Nature's Pest had not called us for the gate code. How could they spray the perimeter of the house and garage if they couldn't get in to the back yard? We got a call from them on Saturday, June 1st, saying they would be out between 3 and 5 to spray for bugs. We made sure we were home and that our cell phones were on us in case someone called to get the code. We waited, but no one came or called to say why they didn't come. They didn't call or come on Monday either. But on Tuesday, I received a notice that they had charged our credit card for the service. I called them this morning and explained how upset I was. We are often not at home when they come to spray. Who knows how many months we have been paying $70 for them to call and say they would be coming to perform a service that they had no intention of performing? The employee I spoke to apologized and said she would report the problem to the company president and that she would credit my account for the last two months. I cancelled the pest control contract, but I am stuck with this company for the cleaning and maintenance of the mosquito misting system until I can find a more reputable company to to that job for me. I will attempt to spray for bugs myself. I feel very betrayed and angry.

I just wanted to follow up with a review that I gave earlier to Nature's Pest. We gave them an outstanding review and we had another fantastic experience with them today as well. Dillon came out to our home to provide a mosquito fog for an upcoming party and went over and beyond the requirements needed to do that. He offered to help my husband blow off leaves to make it a little easier on us for the party prep and he was just very accommodating in every way. We experienced this with other employees ( Nick and Tania) as well. We just wanted to give them another thumbs up for a job well done! We plan on staying with them and have no worries about recommending them to all of our family and friends.

They worked efficiently and were very friendly. They were able to explain their service options and set up my quarterly treatment..

They were really great. I called them and left a message a few minutes after they closed. They called back the very next day and they had a technician come out for an estimate soon afterwards. They then scheduled the appointment for the treatment on a weather-suitable day. They arrived early to that appointment, after calling to make sure that was alright, and provided a thorough treatment. They set up expectations for future appointments. I had a coupon that there ended up being a big mix up for, but they were gracious and did everything they could to straighten it out, including offering a discount on services to make up for the inconvenience.

We had used them last year for mosquito spraying. They have always been friendly, prompt, and give a courtesy call before arriving. The mosquito spraying typically lasts a few weeks. It's typically a monthly service, but its a stretch when its dry and than rains. We actually found them via a Groupon last year and tried them out Good folks!

I'm selling my house, and the buyer's inspector noted that he found evidence of rodents in my attic. So I called a couple exterminators to get quotes for trapping and removing them and finding and sealing the entrance point(s). Long Point Pest Control was the cheaper of the quotes I got, they're local to me, and their employees were very professional and helpful on the phone, so I gave them a shot. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and informed me that he thought it was probably rats, and showed me the one hole he found where he suspected they got in. The other company I got a quote from, my usual exterminators, said they didn't find any evidence and also didn't find the same hole. So I scheduled Long Point to come out and seal up the hole, which the technician showed me when he was done, and he set the traps. After a week, he came back to check them, and fortunately there was nothing in them. He suspected that the critter wasn't home at the time the hole was sealed up. He was punctual, friendly, and knows his stuff, and I will be giving the buyer this company's information so that he can have them come check the traps again if he wants.

Nature's Pest was attractive to me because of their use of healthier chemicals. Chris, the tech who serviced my home, was extremely polite and extremely responsive. He came 10 minutes *early* (who does that these days!) and called to let me know he was on his way. He did an excellent job of explaining their products and how he was going to treat for roaches and ants. Within a few days of his visit, the roaches appeared upside down (as he explained), and subsequently stopped altogether. Everyone I encountered at Nature's Pest was so nice and professional. Great service and knowledge from the person who came to spray. Removed electrical outlets to spray... seemed to go the extra mile to explain how/why and how to prevent further problems.

They were very easy to work with. I called and they were out to provide an estimate and do the work very quickly.I liked the services they offered. We have cats so I didn't want to use anything that would hurt them or any of the birds in our yard. We haven't noticed any insect issues since they sprayed. In fact our neighbor just asked us if we did anything to treat our house for bugs. Apparently the critters have all moved from our property to next door. While I feel bad for my neighbor - I'm really happy with how effective the service is.

Nature’s Pest Control’s service people are very friendly and professional. They usually send the same employee to our house each quarter which we appreciate.

They have done everything they said they would do. They showed up on time, the price was the same as the estimate, and they did a good job.
