Description of Work: Excellent Service! |Natran installed a trapp in our garden and a few days later we've trapped a raccoon. |They tried to be as fast as possible to remove this rodent, but could came first in in the evening. However they took care of it and placed it back to nature far from the city.

Description of Work: I bought special package to remove a critter from my attic. They came out and gave an estimate to seal the attic from future intrusions and set a trap. They did not return on the day they said they would. I called on a Thursday and could get an appointment until the following Monday. They did not show at the appointed time. Bottom line: They did not trap the rodent- a raccoon - and I requested a refund from Angie's List. Everyone I dealt with was courteous; they just weren't effective.

Description of Work: I purchased the rodent removal special. The service technician arrived as scheduled. He set a trap in each of my attic areas and identified the entry point. He returned the next day and removed a trap with a live opossum. I was very pleased with their service. Everything was performed as advertised. I give them an A+

Description of Work: Natran Green Pest Control very effectively got rid of our PESTS!!! | We had just moved in to a house that actually had a bad infestation of all sorts of animals. The awful noises that these things made were enough to make me want to immediately brake our lease and move into a hotel! The animals fighting/ mating all around us was like a horror movie! And, honestly, I WAS a little afraid in our new home and lost sleep. | So, I consulted Angie's List and desperately called for help. And, HELP they DID provide!! | They, in very quick order, sent a professional to assess my pest problem and he quite personably educated me on the weak points that our new home already had and WHY and HOW our problem was there. | He also educated me about how they would go about FIXING our problem. As I understand, their time is their money but I was not made to feel I was, with all of my questions, being any kind of a bother. This being my very first time to deal with any kind of contracted services for myself and my family, I was very much put to ease by the young mans demeanor and honesty. | The first visit out they didn't even end up setting traps because there were so many repairs that the house needed that the pests would have been a secondary (and chronic) problem. | So, the young man, who was so knowledgable, POLITE, and professional took me on a tour around the grounds and pointed out the weak points and entries and exits for the rodents that were plaguing our ceilings and walls. This alone, with another company, would have been a separate charge and a few more visits/ consultation fees (as far as I thought anyway) | Our house was so riddled with missing bricks, holes, open vent holes, tree limbs growing IN, etc. that it took an hour just to take me around and suggest what need be fixed not only for the pest problem but for the quality of our home!! | He then promised he would himself come back when the numerous maintenance concerns had been repaired. | Just as promised, he (I WISH I could remember this young mans name) came right back over the VERY DAY that I called Natran Green to let them know that the house was repaired and was now ready for their assessment. Their flexibility and ease of access blew me away, their customer service is AMAZING! | So, again and as promised he arrived very punctually and began the walk through. Because he just stopped by to squeeze me in between other clients he told me someone else would be along to carry out the job. (The entire time I'm thinking in my mind "jeez! I must be racking up some kind of tab.") | Later THAT DAY, they called me to set up a time for someone to come and finally set, and trap the vermin. | The conversations are always so nice with anyone you'll speak to at Natran Green like speaking with a family member almost. Keep in mind my case was probably a little bit of an annoyance with me having to schedule, cancel, get MY maintenance over and REschedule but, I was always spoken to with the greatest amount of respect and professional decency. They only ever offered their assistance and listened to my concerns intently. I quelled at the capacity for the personalization and graciousness that this entire company so effortlessly provides to its clients. | Anyway, the day we agreed upon finally arrived and another young man, just as personable and altogether impressive, showed up RIGHT ON TIME to find me utterly SICK. So he probably didn't get the greeting into my home that he deserved and I regret that. But, as a true ambassador to his company he reassured me that I need not worry and I could go back to being sick. He was very sweet, and it's funny NOW but I must have been very ugly to deal with at the time. So, I actually DID go back to bed while he went into the house, garage, attics and other areas of concern and quickly, quietly and efficiently did his work. | I felt at that point I need not follow him around and spy on his work. I very easily entrusted my, and our home's well-being to the young man sent by Natran Green. | As I was so ill, I didn't notice how long it took but, he did work very neatly and diligently. | Just as promptly and uneventfully as he arrived, he was careful to go about his THOROUGH work, and then he packed up his numerous ladders, traps and tools and let himself out. | I'm so thankful that he had the thought and integrity to make sure to secure all the doors and locks and clean any messes on his way out. You wouldn't have known he was even there, except that the NON-STOP screeching and scratching and bumbling overhead was altogether HALTED!! | --I think that this particular exterminator should be awarded for his empathy for me and the WAY that he provided such effective services.-- I can't speak enough to the integrity, thoughtfulness and decency of the PEOPLE at this company!! | So, the job was DONE.... When I awoke the next morning I was almost panicked thinking that I didn't sign anything when he left. | So, I called Natran Green and again spoke to a very nice young lady who assured me I HAD INDEED paid. I readied myself for the final total that I had accrued. I was SURE that I had at least DOUBLED the price that Angie's List had quoted because of ALL of the extra visits, consultations and the way that I myself had caused the project to be extended..... But, NO! I paid a little over $130.00 on Angie's List ONE TIME and THATS what they charged me!! | Anyone knowing what it's like to deal with and try to have pests taken away knows that the: Visit, the Assessment, Trap Setting (often PER TRAP) and consequent Visits, and the Taking Away of the pests are all separate charges and can quickly grow exponentially! This is what I found in all of MY research anyway. | Well, I saw the price and reviews on Angie's list, I paid that price and that's what they were happy to accept, despite the laundry list of other obstacles that our house provided. | If you're asking ME; Natran Green Pest Control is a WORLD CLASS Company and it's employees exemplify so much professionalism, thoughtfulness, honesty and integrity and pride for their company and their work that I will NEVER look anywhere else for pest control! |I will be singing these praises for a long time to come! | So, THANK YOU Angie's List for providing contact with such an amazing Pest Control Company! I wish more people and companies practiced their business this way!! | I hope this review will help anyone else in need and on a budget.

Description of Work: Wonderful. They set out traps with bait. Sealed up a few places including the wall near the compressor. Came back in 4 days. Checked traps. No action. Rodents gone (rats). Very nice people. Would recommend them. If I ever need this kind of service, I will call them.

Description of Work: All natural pest control. They showed up on time, performed the service in a timely manner and tool care of the problem. Haven't seen a live spider or roach since they left.

Description of Work: I enjoyed working with these folks. They came out as scheduled and kept me posted every step of the way. Their mosquito treatment kept the little devils at bay for several weeks. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Nick came out and gave us an estimate and took in our old mosquito unit to be repaired. We were very happy with the service and timely manner in which it was done. Tania( answers phone and book's appointments) is very efficient and accommodating, always making sure you are completely satisfied. They have been very professional and prompt each time they have came out ....normally ending up doing more than they had too....which is such a nice touch..... We will continue to use them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: We have our ongoing pest control with Nature's Pest Solutions and for the warmer months have added the mosquito fogging service as well. They are extremely professional, courteous and their prices are comparable if not cheaper than their competitors. We have a small child so the decreased chemicals, environmentally friendly aspect really appealed to us. We have rarely if ever seen bugs in our house and if we do they are typically dead so the fact that they use less harsh chemicals certainly doesn't make the service any less effective. Very happy with Nature's Pest and recommend them to all of our friends.
