NATIONAL CLEANING SYSTEMS

Bob Kenworthy was recommended to me by several homeowners who hired him to clean tile and carpets. Bob owns this company and does the work himself. He has been in the business for many years. I live in a 12 year old home and was badly in need of tile and grout cleaning. I was told Bob was not only a magician with the grout cleaning but also very reasonably priced. Bob was simply fantastic! He is a professional and you feel comfortable having him in your home. He immediately surveyed my tile and grout area to be cleaned, explained how he measures and prices the area, approx. how long it would take and confirmed my expectations of the results. I have been in the home 2 years and I'm sorry to say, I'm not sure the grout had ever been cleaned. My expectations were that the grout in many areas was very dark (I had tried in the past to clean it myself, never worked) and I wanted that grout white again! Bob looked for a horrible area and said let's try it and see if you like the results...I loved the results and Bob is my new best friend!! Just to give you an idea, my home is 4800 sq. feet and the downstairs in mostly tiled. I had him do almost all the tiled areas and it took appox. 2 1/2 hours. My floor looks brand new! Bob is straight- forward with his pricing and what he can and can't do - he is a work horse...and very conscientious about his work. FYI: Bob does the work himself, and he takes care to do it right - therefore, he is scheduled up and I waited about 3 weeks for his visit. I had no problem doing that because he came so highly recommended from people who are very particular - Bob was definitely worth the wait!

We live in a two-story house with carpeting in two upstairs rooms, the stairs and three downstairs rooms. Bob from National Cleaning Systems looks after my carpets. He is very cordial and thorough. We never have any problems with stains in the heavy traffic areas. National Cleaning Systems are the only people I use as they do great job every time. Their prices are very reasonable.
