Muscle movers

I have mixed feelings about this company. They tried very hard to please us and did several things right. When the truck was full they stopped the clock to go and pick up a trailer to pull behind their truck. They also did not charge us extra for the trailer. Another good thing they did was we asked for them to put the washer and dryer at the front of the storage unit because we were going to get them out to use them. When I called to see if they remembered to put them in the front, they obviously hadn't but they repacked the unit and moved them to the front of the storage unit. However, the things that I wasn't happy about: When they moved some things from upstairs to downstairs in the house, they just dropped these packed things on the floor rather roughly. Some of which were fragile. When the truck was full they asked if I wanted to take some of the things I wanted to take. At the end of the day when they packed the truck I walked through the house and found four things they would have forgotten. I asked them to please put them in the trailer. They took apart a couple of pre-fab bookcases that aren't meant to come apart and could not be put back together at our final destination. About half of the things we asked them to pack ended up broken when we unpacked them. Their bid was way lower than any other company I had called. I would recommend them if you don't ask them to pack anything and you just want your things moved. They worked quickly and packed their truck efficiently. You might want to watch them to make sure they only take things apart that can be put back together.

It went great, Zack and his guys packed and moved everything in efficient professional manner with no breakage or damages of any kind. I would recommend him to friends and use his services again when needed. Ethical, professional and responsive to my needs.

The move was excellent! Zack and his crew were amazing. They took care of my things like they were their own. They wrapped everything and carefully moved it out and into my new home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to move.

Having Zack handle my move is the least stressful thing about moving. He has moved me several times and has moved family and co-workers. I completely trust him and his crew and my moves have always gone smoothly and quickly. He definitely knows what he's doing, but more important (or just as important) is his attitude. Wonderful! I have used Zach twice and highly recommend him! He is very pleasant and efficient. In the two moves I have used him, nothing has been damaged. He calls ahead to let you when he is headed your way, will be early or late.

Excellent service. Zach & his crew were super strong, careful and fast! Great, friendly, can-do attitude. Did a great job. I will definitely be calling him next time I move.
