They were able to find the needed parts and get the job completed quickly. The Technician, Chris Monclova was very good.

I initially needed repair of master bedroom breaker that keeps tripping when I turn on lights, tv, etc. The appointment schedulers have a cheery, pleasant attitude. They worked around my availability to schedule the appointment. I loved the Technician, Bert Izquierdo, who performed the work. He wore a mask and remained at a distance, per protocol, the entire time. During the thorough inspection, he physically walked us through any problems found. He explained, in detail, each issue, how it could've happened, and resolution. Burt was extremely honest not just with the issues found but with the price as well. He gave us a series of options with pricing in writing. Mr. Electric didn't charge a trip/travel fee nor an Estimate fee, and they make it clear that there's no obligation. Burt was almost finished with the work when I identified another electrical problem. Burt graciously repaired the small problem, and then triple-checked his prior work to ensure it was done correctly. Bert is was a terrific 'teacher'; never using electrician jargon to explain everything. Mr. Electric, you have a top-notch Technician! Because of Berts' professionalism, we decided to become a member. We are definitely using you again, however, we will be specifically asking for Technician, Bert Izquierdo. (Once we find an outstanding, 5-star electrician, we tend to keep them)!!!

Robert was personable and professional and did a good job.I do not agree with the assessment Of my home because most of the things on the assessment were not involved in what he was hired to do., I have working smoke detectors in every room and two CO2 monitors.

The service and work done was all around excellent. The communication was clear the whole way through and the technician was prompt and very courteous. Would definitely hire again!

Mr Electric came service some electrical work and gave an estimate of $3,000 to rewire the house which was outrageous... He fixed the light in the garage and garbage disposal... which broke after a couple of days then he said I needed another garbage disposal... he charged $500... I had another electrician come out and fixed my light in the kitchen and garbage disposal for $200... very disappointed with Mr Electric.

There wonderful and I had no problems they came right in fixed problem and was gone very nice respectful work ethic no nasty looking love there work would give them a 5 all day thank you again.

Their communication was great. Everything from the phone calls, texts and emails. They even send you a pic of the electrician that’s coming over. Robert was pleasant and did a great job with our ceiling fan, kitchen outlet and bathroom fans. He made sure to lay protective covers where he was working and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend.

This company charges way too much. $460 just to change out two circuit breakers. Total rip off!

Jared was so nice. Very polite and professional. He knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Will use him again if needed. And will refer him to my family and friends.

I hired this company for another project but due to the age of my very old house/fuse box he recommended I get a new one. He opened the old fuse box and showed me numerous burned out connections and said that it was very dangerous and can cause an electrical fire. I took him seriously and I asked a few questions which he answered to my satisfaction. The next day he came with all that was needed and even added a surge protector for added protection for all my electronics. The new fuse box looks great compared to the old one, and should last for many years. I have factory and extra company warranties for added peace of mind. All and all I'm very happy with the end results.

Francisco Fierro was such a professional!!! Left NO mess, set the trash out by the curb, and even set the light fixture off to one side, which I had not even thought about! THANK YOU so much!!! Will call again for anything electrical!!

Very inconsiderate the workmanship is not adequate for the price they charge. Be very concerned on their prices and ask what they are going to charge before they come out.

Home Advisor pros called right away to schedule estimates. Mr. Electric was selected. Very professional and pointed out an issue that neither of the other two mentioned. That issue was on home inspection results.
