Very bad, tech came in haggle price for 45 minutes then start working and send me credit application while he was working, as soon my application denied credit, the tech run away leaving everything open electrical box, wire, And with out power and did not t tell us anything and just runaway leave 2 senior citizens of about 75 years old without power for whole night, contact company talk twice with Jordan and mason they both said that your job is still in progress and tech Fernando Acosta will be back soon to complete the job, receive call later from office Megan said its too late we can t do anything today 5:45 I beg her that my 2 sisters are very old and they need power on for night, just send your tech back to put things back before he opens and left, no help flatly refuse to do anything for being out of power for whole night, after constantly insisting, she put on hold for another 45 minutes then manger Kathy came to phone and told me they will not send any one to put things back the way it was before there tech open it, and finally hang up on me at 7:30 pm My 75 years old sisterâ s was without power because incompetent tech and management. May God give Mr. Electric of Northwest Houston their fair share what they have done to us! I will not recommend them to anyone for any job even if they do it for free. Top of everything what they did they have nerve to contact me in the morning and said they are checking to see their tech has taking care of us and power is on and everything is good! SHAME ON THEM They claim themselves 24 service and big company with lot of yellow vans. They need to get better or leave the business. They put down badly Angi.com I hope God will make them pay for!!!

Be sure to ask if the 'revised' invoice replaces or IS IN ADDITION TO' the service call fee. I had not been told it was in addition to the original quote and had to contest the total charge. Fortunately they made a adjustment for this lack of proper notification. Their work is excellent so I do recommend them.

being a single woman I had all the receptacles changed out too many sparks from this old house did receive two estimates and decided to go with Mr. Electric (was told outside of this company I got overcharged .. but it is done. thank you

I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I did not know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 floodlights. The company informed me that he would arrive earlier than scheduled which was a good surprise. He was very professional and courteous. After installing the first light without any problems he moved on to the second and oh boy that is where the problems begin. The old breaker for the circuit to all the oldside lights were totally wrong. So instead of 120v going thru the line, it was 250v. This is why my old flood lights failed in the first place and needed replacing. Franciso went above and beyond to find this out. He was all up in my attic tracing the wires back to the fuse box and figured it out in no time. When he replaced the old flood lights the metal bracket was all burnt and fried black. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it was not for Francisco's hard work I would have never found out. I definitely want to thank Mr. Electric for sending him to my house. If you want peace of mind and quality work done right at a reasonable price do not hesitate to call Mr. Electric and Francisco. Definitely my new go to electricians from now on. Thank you Francicso so much.

The electrician that came to do the work was absentminded and it was worrying. He left the work site a mess. He made assumptions about the job without asking me. And at the end of the day under quoted me for the job. I would have done with a different company.

Expensive!

Did an awesome job at diagnosing the problem.

I do not like vendors trying to increase sales. After I responded that I had no other electrical issues, the person attempted to increase the sale by pointing out other issues.

Robert did a professional job changing out a 4" bath vent fan to the larger 8" one. Cutting the ceiling drywall, changing the ductwork as needed etc. the finished work looked professional and he cleaned up after himself. I definitely would prefer Robert to come out on my next project.

We are very happy with the job that Cody did today. He came out a couple of days ago to estimate installation of kitchen under the counter LED lights. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He and his helper came back today and did the work. They were here on time and did a great job. We highly recommend Mr Electric and Cody.

They did not do the work. They were messy and when I asked them to come back they wanted to charge again for nothing!
