I called late morning. Service was scheduled same day between 12 and 4. Service provider called at 12:30 on his way and completed the job quickly. Price was fair. He was great to work with. Mr. Electric will be my go to company for electrical service going forward.

The contractor installed 4 recessed LED lights on a high sealing. They said those lights are good quality and usually last for 5 years. They said can call them if there is anything wrong with that project. Three months later one of the lights started to go on and off by itself. I called and called and the don?t even return my messages. There for, I don't recommend this company.

The quote was not detailed enough. The technician was timely and shared his knowledge. He missed fixing an outlet they I thought was on the quote and wife paid before I could inspect (our mistake).

Same day service to fix outlets. Kept in touch on timing - Brandon was very informative on all my questions. Price was as quoted - new problem was found but result of my questions, not him trying to sell more. Overall, very pleased with services and pricing and was able to feel safe and put up my Christmas Lights!

An amazing company to work with on my project. The scheduler called to discuss my project and schedule my service. My original electrician had a flat en route after he called me saying he was on his way. I was notified immediately and someone else was assigned. I received an estimate for each item. I was also informed of suggestions he noticed. I selected to complete half of the work including the suggested surge protection. It was all completed same day. I was walked through each item and was sent progress pictures. In total I had whole house surge protection, replacement chandelier hung, replacement outdoor ceiling fan hung, and a timer for the porch lights wired. Fair price, professional team. Will be my go to electrician!!!
