Work never attempted due to no call back from Mr Brick.

I called to schedule an estimate and Chuck came the very next day. He was very friendly and knowledgable, and the estimate was prompt and reasonable, so the job was scheduled for a few days later. That day ended up being cold and rainy and we discussed having to reschedule. Instead, Chuck got extra workers to complete the job as scheduled prior to the rain moving in. Not only did the repairs get done quickly, I can't even tell where the cracks were. This was high quality work and top notch service. Highly recommended.

I called on Tues. Brandon came out on Wed. They did the work on Thurs. You can not tell where any of the cracks were. I think Gloria, on the phone, she was great. Brandon was great. I looked them up on Angies list. Then called a friend, he said they were good. So, another perfect job by a great company. Would not call anyone else in the future. Honest, professional, reasonable. Great job!

Chuck Oppermann arrived on time to view the work to be done and prepare an estimate. He had good suggestions for repairs and recommendations for some items I had overlooked. His estimate was sent to me promptly and was very reasonable. The work crew arrived on time and did an excellent job which took them two days. They cleaned up very nicely each day before they left. Chuck arrived after all the work was completed and inspected everything with me to make sure all had been done to my satisfaction. Chuck and his crew were pleasant and professional. Their work is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great job. Chuck came out personally to inspect the house, provide the estimate and also answered numerous questions of mine. The work performed looks good and Chuck seems like a real class business owner. I would definitely use them again.

Chuck, owner, did my estimates. He helped to find all the cracks and make recommendations on how to fix them. The crew arrived on time, lead by Joe who was very good. They were very thorough in finding all the cracks and repairing them. Joe even pointed out one area that they did not even on the original list that they found. The mortar was color matched to try to make it blend it to existing mortar. Most of the house is not visible from the street but the columns are so I want particular care there. They were very attentive. The overal look is very good now and I don't worry about the columns collapsing.

Excellent overall service. I would use their services again in the future and recommend them to others. Chuck Oppermann, President of Mr. Brick visited the job site and Brandon Oppermann provided the estimate. They appear to provide the appropriate oversight to their jobs. The masons Joe and Marco were good craftsman and did a excellent job on the repair.

Very pleased with the work done. I can't see where he completed his work. He did an excellent job with the repair, and matching the exact mortar color. I would definately use him again.

Initially, I called to just have one serious brick fracture fixed, but when Mr. Opperman arrived, he said there was a minimum of $380. He estimated the fracture that I wanted repaired to be about $100. Since the minimum was not mentioned on the phone, he said he would go ahead and do it. I then looked asked him to take a look around the rest of the garage apartment, garage, and main house. He fixed every single bit of cracked mortar. He also found that 2 of the garage walls were way to loose. They were so loose that he could you could shake by pressing on them - Dangerous to say the least. We agreed on the price, and his crew showed up the next morning to perform all the work. They had detailed notes from Mr. Opperman about what needed to be done, but I showed the guys around anyways. They did a fantastic job. You can't even tell where the brick fracture was now. And all the mortar fixes blend in flawlessly. The loose walls are now tight as you would expect garage walls to be.

Excellent - we were completely satisfied with Mr. Brick. From the initial phone call to the time of estimate to the completed work, the entire process was professional, thorough, and done in a satisfactory manner. They matched our 40 year old brick very well. We were quite pleased with the job done and highly recommend their services.

Called Chuck and scheduled an appointment for a couple days out. We evaluated the work, and he proposed some improvements to my plan. He called back two business days later with the initial estimate, and was ready to begin work a few days after that. The crew showed up on time and had 95% of the work done on the first day. It looked great! The crew came back on time the second day and finished it all up!

They were excellent. They were very prompt and did the estimate and we scheduled when the work was going to be done and they came out right on time. The job was done quickly and was done to our satisfaction.

Due to begin between 8:30 and 9 AM because neighbor was available to open locked gate (patio home). Arrived after 12:30. Neighbor had just cleaned deck and had to reclean as workers left wet mortar droppings on deck. Did not smooth all joints so returned next day to redo and again on Friday to repair one incompletely fixed crack and several more holes. Did return to complete all requests.

CHUCK WAS VERY HELPFUL. I HAD TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY TRIP OUT OF TOWN AND HE MADE THE REPAIRS WHILE I WAS GONE AND KEPT ME POSTED BY PHONE. THE WORK LOOKS GREAT AND YOU CAN SEE NO EVIDENCE THAT THE CRACK EVER EXISTED.
