Description of Work: The Remington at Katy Apartments is a beautiful place to be. My complaint lies with management not enforcing pool hours. 10PM is when the pool is closed per management. However, people are consistently out there until 2 or 3 am, even on weekdays (and most don't even live at these apartments). This would be OK if they were quiet, but they are loud belligerent drunks. My wife and I have had to call the sheriff (and management) multiple times. July 27th, there was a fist fight which woke up my kids and I. The on site security guard is useless and does not respond to our calls for help. The office management told my wife to stop calling and harassing them during business hours! If the management does not stop these trashy people from staying beyond pool hours and drinking excessively, there will be more fights to come and it will put everyone in the community at risk.
